Splendida spaziosa suite privata recentemente decorata nel cuore di Kitsilano. Ingresso separato attraverso il giardino laterale e pochi passi verso la tua oasi moderna. A pochi passi da tutti i ristoranti e negozi locali situati nella zona West 4 e Broadway. Situato a pochi minuti da Broadway e 16th Avenue per transito, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. UBC 20 minuti in autobus. Viviamo sopra la suite se è necessaria assistenza.
Questa è una confortevole suite indipendente di livello inferiore con una camera da letto (seminterrato), ideale per coppie, affari, viaggiatori singoli o una piccola famiglia. Goditi un letto king size molto comodo, molti cuscini: soggiorno, cucina e scrivania. Accomodati nel soggiorno sul divano o trasformalo in un letto per la sera. Una grande TV a schermo, una scrivania e internet ad alta velocità è disponibile. Yendi’s garden suite is one of the brightest, most spacious and comfortable spaces I’ve stayed in Kits. This is the third year of multiple trips to Vancouver and finding this property is a gift. The suite is in a wonderful location with ample street parking, Yendi is a responsive and accommodating host and I look forward to booking this Kitsilano gem again.

If you enjoy experiencing life in a residential community within easy walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping and entertainment - this VRBO is for you. The location also gives easy access to major transit, driving and biking routes.
The suite was spotless, quiet and comfortably furnished.
Yendi checked in a couple of days into my visit to ask if all was well and if there was anything I needed.
All in all a great find.

Comfortable and clean unit made for a great stay. Yendi and Patrick were good hosts and responsive and accommodative to requests. The unit is spacious and well kept in a great part of kits! Kitchen was well stocked with items, however, I would have loved if there could have been a few more reusable containers to store food (could only find one) and maybe some ziploc bags and reusable bags for groceries. Due to the unit being in the basement be aware that the internet connection is a bit weak, but still functional. Thanks for the great stay!

It was a relaxing peaceful home away from home. Everything thing was as seen in the other comments and the advert. I had to ask for help with the TV and Patrick was ready to help in minutes. I love how quiet it was and my wife will hopefully join me for the next trip, I’m sure she will love it too.
Great walkable streets, Close to downtown and UBC.
I don’t usually give 5 stars but this place is really neat.

This property was in a beautiful neighbourhood with so much to do and see! The owners are amazing and easy to communicate with, they made my first trip to Vancouver so much easier and the property is super comfy and clean! Would come back over and over again.

We loved staying here in Kitsilano. The property is located to so many great shops and restaurants and if you know Kitsilano, it is an extremely safe area. The king bed was comfy and there was plenty of room and storage for our clothes. We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for more. Yendi was a wonderful host and her one bedroom unit in Kitsilano was ideal. Beautifully furnished, very clean and super quiet, we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and within walking distance you can find groceries, restaurants and a variety of shops. The shower and water pressure was perfect and the kitchen had all the amenities and supplies we needed. The bed was super comfy and even the fold out sofa bed in the living room came with fresh linens and soft bedding. It was a perfect stay in an ideal neighbourhood. Thanks Yendi - it was a joy to stay in your basement unit and gave us a perfect end to our trip to BC. We will be back!

We found this Kitsilano home to be a great base for exploring beautiful Vancouver. Close to transportation, many attractions and amenities, yet in the midst the calm surroundings of a really nice neighborhood. Definitely on our A list!

Clean comfortable basement apartment in a very nice residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to some nice restaurants and takeout places. Traffic in there’s of the apartment much lighter than in the rest of Vancouver.

The hosts were extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. My train up from Seattle was delayed so didn’t get in till after 2am and they were very accommodating. The house and back yard are gorgeous! Great neighborhood, walked to the beaches and bus stop to go around town. Highly recommend!

Yendi was super accommodating! We were able to check in a little earlier which was super helpful because we were travelling with an 11 month old. We had an issue with the toilet seat, but was able to message the host, and they had it fixed right away. The location was so good! It was close to west Broadway and the beach. Our family enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This property was centrally located and was an easy leisurely walk to Kitsilano beach. The neighbourhood made me feel very safe and the property was super close to West Broadway where there were plenty of shops for eating or simply going for a coffee. The host was very accommodating and very eager to assist with our needs. I highly recommend staying at this property.

The property is excellent in a great location. The neighborhood is full of nice houses with an abundance of flowers. A quiet, walkable and classy neighborhood that’s simply beautiful. Restaurants and a nice grocery store 2 blocks away. The Farmers Market on Sundays is fabulous and also only a couple blocks away. We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we make it to Vancouver!
