Good value for money Convenient location because it is in the heart of the city and near the ferry and Mekong Delta The staff speaks little english but with a translator this is fine :-)

The windows in the bathrooms and the curtains were very dirty. There was no mattress protector.

There was fewer issues when the room leaving as they fixed a few like a broken fan blade, water leaking from a/c, bulb in toilet.... Advised leaving the handle is falling of the toilet, but have a look at the toilet door and ants in the room and if you want to spend some money the windows which let in some welcomed air are taped shut..... room 302 ^^
