Diana our lovely host, was always available to assist us in any way. Good size apartment with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed relaxing with the sounds from the ocean waves.

Location was perfect for my 19 year old son and I. Step out back gate and on promenade 2 mins from beach to the left and to the right more beaches, shops, cafes etc a little further up. From front door turn left, 2 mins to supermarket for all essentials and beside shop is a fantastic Italian restaurant! Other places within a minutes walk also but these we liked best. Diana our host was exceptional, communication great, on time to meet us (even though we were early!) And she thought of everything...shampoo, shower gels cotton buds and it was no different in the kitchen all the cleaning products were there. Best part for us was the pool, hearing the sea when eating, I would highly recommend here and I would stay again. It is a quiet area which suited us but may not be to everyones liking if you want a busy nightlife closeby..some previous reviews mention that some things in house could be updated and this may be true of some items but we're just coming out of a global pandemic and people are trying to get back on their feet so this wasn't a problem for us, it was clean and functional and we were so happy to be abroad for first time since 2019 we didn't care at all. Great, beautiful apartment, outstanding location. Hosts extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Semi-private pool & barbecue (well equipped). Fenced property area (including fenced terrace on our apartment, very useful so that the kid cannot enter [at least that easily] alone the pool area). Washing machine (very practical when traveling with kids).

Announce might give impression of a private house, but this is in fact a large villa, separated in three apartments. The terrace area was not cleaned up. No dish washer (not practical for families with small children as you might want to/need to eat mostly at the holiday home). Some morning noise on the room side due to garbage etc. maintenance. This may lead to early morning wake-ups with kid(s), but possibility also to make them sleep in the living room's foldable bed. The master bedroom bed is 140 cm wide. However, the living room foldable bed is larger.

Beautiful and clean home on a perfect location with everything close at hand: beach, supermarket, bus stop, shopping mall & car rental, without being in a very busy area. So very nice to have an outside patio and (more or less) private pool. Very kind to be able to use the baby bed and the completely stocked cabinets with towels, food, toilet paper etc. We absolutely enjoyed it tremendously!

For a few days the hot water ran out very fast when taking a shower.

Clean, nice place next to the sea with clean pool. Owners very helpfull and kind. We really enjoyed!

Just a dream!!!! Everything was perfect, the apartment, the location, the comunication in advance... thank you Diana for alle the support. She gave us some awsome restaurant recommandations... best paella!!! Clean, nice pool with an awsome view to the sae.
