We used villa #1 which was spacious, clean and daily service being provided.
Toilet seat can be fixed.

The staff were friendly and the property was as advertised with all listed facilities provided. They also organised floating breakfast for us. The location is good if you’re in Bali for a short time as you won’t have to spent too much time travelling back and forth from the airport.

Strategic location. Very near to airport (walking distance, 10mins if you dont have much luggage). Walking distance to the coastal walk from Pantai Jerman leading to Beackwalk Shopping center. Many local food nearby the villa. Cheaper food options and taste good too. Clean villa pool, comfortable bed, good working air-con, good water pressure and friendly staffs. Area around the villa is also safe.
The wifi & TV reception can be improved.

We had a lovely time here. Very spacious and modern villa, walking distance to lots of good food shops and the beach!
We did find a large amount of hair clumps on the wall of the upstairs shower

Love having a private pool, privacy and location so close to airport.
The only negative experience was the bath/shower that does not cater for tall persons.

The host was always there to help us out and he even let us check in without taking the payment first as we were very tired. Loved the area too as it 5mins away from the airport.

The property had free shuttle service and they send massage to me for it. I mailed them, massaged them to pick me up from the airport. but neither they responses me nor pick me up from the airport. However, they drop me at the airport free after check out from the villa.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful, allowing us early access for our group of 10, just trying to kill a few hours before they transferred as (free of charge) to the airport.

Super helpful staff and owners were so nice! The villa is well kept and clean. And so is the pool. Quiet place, perfect for a smooth arrival on the island. Highly recommended!

The property looks just like the pictures, great location for a stay close to the airport and a nice little restaurant close by just a 2 min walk. Bed was super comfy and the pool was nice. Facilities were clean and there was privacy on a nice and quiet street. The staff were friendly and organised free transport to the airport! We recommend it!

Overall good. They arranged airport pick up. Driver was good. We used him throughout our stay in Bali.
Location wasn't close to key areas. There is a shopping mall.

The staff were great, friendly and very helpful.
We had a small rubbish bin for two of us, so we had rubbish pile up on the table. Other than that, everything was great.
