Clean room, friendly staff, very good breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. Localization of the hotel was very good for my purpose of visit to city.

Localization was far from the city center that you need to get there by bus definitely in winter. Hotel is located out of the city, so there are not so many restaurants around to eat "proper" food except a few fast-food places and the restaurant was pretty expensive compared to other restaurants in Sweden in general. It is expensive as a restaurant that you would go to celebrate marriage anniversary. It is not acceptable. There was just one type of cheese in breakfast. There is just one desk in the room that man can work on laptop etc. We were two people so there was no room for all and no common place to work freely, just a few conference rooms which were on hire with an extra charge, unacceptable again. There was 2 in 1 shower gel&shampoo, hand soap, toilet papper, towels and a pencil in the room apart from the furniture, no tea, no kettle, no slippers, no cotton swabs or that sorts of things. Staff was 'fyrkantig' when it comes to meet these simple needs when I asked for slippers for instance. The hotel wouldn't go bankrupt if slippers were provided upon demand. We did not want a Birkenstock after all. I understand the environmental impact of these and why they are not made available in the room in advance, but it should have been provided after my request. All these feels like "not good for value".

OK for a business hotel.

It should be possible to have clean cutlery (knives, forks, spoons) for breakfast and dinner. Can‘t be that difficult, just wash it a little longer in the machine. My cutlery was never really clean while my stay. Crowded breakfast at peak times, no plates available (had to ask). Service for dinner quick and nice.

I liked the view from our room on the 7th floor, relax room was great and breakfast was really tasty.

Dinner menu in the restaurant was quite poor for vegetarians.

Good value for money. Helpful staff in the reception. Check-in was very good. All places felt clean. Parking was easy. Good connection with downtown Uppsala with local bus.

Only minor things, overall the stay was good. The sliding door to the toilet in the room was hard to close. The toilet was very close to the bed which felt a bit strange. Breakfast was OK but the queue to the waffle machine was long.

Hotel is really nice as design and also as position , near to all the main roads

The cleaning room service doesn't work well I guess , I stayed for 6 days and they never cleaned my room

Excellent hotel - new, clean, with great staff. They remembered everything I asked for. Bike rental available - very useful for traveling to the center. Breakfast was very nice, just like coffee areas and everything around. Oh, and perfect room temperature!:-)
