Fantastisk bra frukost, otroligt mycket att välja på!

Mycket svårt att få upp hissdörren, den skulle ha varit med en automtsk öppningsknapp. Speciellt när man har bagage och värk i axeln.

Nicely situated in the center of Uppsala. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of standard and Swedish breakfast options. Staff was very friendly.

Due to the hot weather my room was quite hot, unfortunately only one window could be opened and there was no AC. In the bathroom only soap and shampoo were available, no body lotion, conditioner whatsoever... But the highlight comes last: there were 4 small bloodstains on my sheet, one of them with a dead mosquito inside. Since I realised it only shortly before I wanted to go to bed, I had to sleep in the bed as well. It got changed the next day, but no compensation was offered.

Sauna/gym area would improve with lockers

I had loads of luggage since I was to embark on a longer international journey after my stay at Uplandia. Since there are some roadwork going on outside I was given a map of where to find the parking garage. It appeared to me that the parking garage was not located in the same building as the hotel. Therefore I carried in my luggage when checking in. I asked if the staff could arrange so that the luggage was carried up to my room while I was parking my car. This was received with amusement from the personell at front desk. Can't do that! Typical swedish service.

Good choice for breakfast...also time limit 10.30am

Only the main door outside which didn't stay open long enough with a wheelchair. One one occasion the girls behind the bar were not very professional.
