Disappointing

The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The biggest problem was the ventilation of the room. It was not ventilated well and there was no airconditioner.

Clean room, good facilities. nice breakfast and kids enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds

weeks days breakfast ends at 9:00. it would be nice to have until 9:30.

Standard was the same class that I expected.

Very nice to be able to bring my dog, even at breakfast we could be together in the lobby.

Good stop when passing through Uppsala

The hotel has 8 electric car chargers that are located close to the entrance and are perfect for overnight charging. It is also nice that parking is included, most other hotels in Uppsala will charge extra for that. The room was spacious and functional. It faced the rear of the building and was very quiet. Also it was nice to have the option to actually open a window and get some fresh air in. Everything was clean and really nothing to complain about. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast was a high Scandinavian quality. Very good quality and choices. Also plenty of options for people with dietary restrictions or the choices were made with considerations to those people (e.g. scrambled eggs are made with lactose free milk). Really nothing missing here.

The building has seen better days and probably should be refurbished soon. But this didn't impact the quality of our stay. Also it would be nice to add a kettle to make tea/coffee in the morning.

Nice little hotel, clean room, tasty breakfast. Enough parking spots. Navigation signs from the highway.

In a hot day as we had, aircon would be handy. At least the room had a portable fan.

No airco in the room. As it was on ground floor did not feel comfortable to leave the window open. Hard to sleep in a hot room

Almost perfect! The best from Scandic

This hotel is fantastic! It was the best Scandic we’ve stayed so far! Looks like new, it’s clean and the staff is just great! I’m not giving a 10 only because it is a little bit far from downtown Uppsala (but not much) and because the room doesn’t have a minibar (which was minor due to the other features in the hotel). Awesome COVID safety procedures.
