Its my 2nd time to stay here and always love this place. this is located in a great location with great services from staffs. The room is so comfy and very clean.

The beds were amazing. Very comfortable and a joy to sleep in. The TV in the room was big with many channels and one of the clearest screen resolutions I have seen in a long time. The location was good for me. A good base to go to the places I needed to be. The wifi was pretty stable and reliable

The hotel is too expensive for what you get. The room is smaller then I remembered from the last time. There are no 'Do Not Disturb' signs so you had to tell housekeeping if you didn't need a room cleaning when they reached your room which was very inconvenient. Housekeeping was friendly but they were more a restocking and tyding up crew. They didn't really clean all that much. The reception is not staffed between 23:00 and 7:00 but you can still enter the hotel without a keycard which isn't the safest. Then again you could probably walk straight to the rooms even when the reception is staffed so I doubt it makes a difference.

The hotel is in a very good position

I'll be very frank. Most of the personnel I dealt with were gentle and professional, even if the level of English was quite poor, but that was not a serious problem, the Google translator was a good support tool. The real problem is that once, around 8 pm, I asked to one of the receptionist a spoon and she said it was not possible. This episode was enough to me to negatively evaluate the level of customer care.

Throughout the whole hotel it had a weird smell. They seem to try to cover it up with some air freshener. The breakfast had to be the lamest hotel continental breakfast I have ever seen. At a minimum they could have real coffee instead of instant.

Its within walking distance to where i need to be for 1 week. Period.

The room was barely furnished. No safe, no phone, no water flask to boil water. For the price, i can find a decent hotel elsewhr nearby. This place just cannot meet the mark.

the location is near bus stop and the subway so it is very convenient. The cafe where the breakfast takes place is very beautiful and clean

1) the picture on the website look way nicer than in reality especially in the bathroom. 2) staff forgot to clean the room. And sheets are never changed. We also booked our stay for after our trip to Jeonju and Busan but we decided to cancel the booking. In general, the hotel is good/okay for a few days. But it was a bit under our expectation contrary of the H Avenue in Kondae/Seongso where I stay a few years ago that was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

The corridors and lifts had an unpleasant smell of sewerage or drains. The only tea making facilities were down 12 floors in the lobby.

Bathroom was very dangerous for me since i had an ankle injury while staying there. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower but no door or shower curtain to keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor and prevent me or my husband from slipping and hurting ourselves. Unsure why this bathroom is designed this way but it was very dangerous after a shower. Also the lights in the bathroom were not working and had to call maintenance to fix it.
