This hotel had all the right touches. They were attentive to so many small details that were unique to any other place we stayed during our prior two weeks of travel. From free drinking water available all day long, and well stocked in large bottles in the rooms, to bananas and snacks always available at the reception, to mentos treats replaced daily in the rooms, and nice shampoo and condition provided in the showers, I felt like the property went above and beyond. The pool is lovely and just the right temperature. Breakfast was nice, and they even packed us a nice to-go breakfast for the morning we had to leave early before the breakfast hour started.

The location was great! The staff were helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was very quaint and had a fun water feature that was occasionally on.

The property was fantastic overall. Our only constructive piece of feedback would be that the pool could do with some more regular cleaning.

It was a super comfortable and clean hotel. The room is very nice and big with a bathtub. The swimming pool was lovely although a bit cold. The staff is very friendly and you get free water bottles every day. We were happy to stay here for more than 1 week.

Lovely staff, very efficient and friendly. Big rooms with balcony only 15 mins walking to old town walls with several options for food and drink with 5 mins walking. Location in cul-de-sac means it is very quiet.

The hotel staff was very very nice, they tried to help with any question we had. The hotel was very near chiang mai night bazars, about 10 minute walk or 5 minutes by tuktuk. Its a quite location with plenty of parking. Great pool and good breakfast. We where a family of 4 , so we took two room with an ajoining door between then , great setup. The photos on the web site dont do justice to the place, the hotel is much nicer than it seems. Would definitely return next time in chiang mai.
