Chambre conforme à la description grande avec 2 smart tv petit frigo, micro ondes et vrai balcon Chambre nettoyée tous les jours ainsi que les draps. Très bonne literie

A part la chambre et la piscine tout le reste ne rentre pas dans les standards d’un 4* La salle du petit déjeuner avec seulement 5 tables(problème pour pouvoir s’assoir certains matins) est trop exiguë et correspond davantage à un petit déjeuner de guesthouse que d’un 4* (peu de fruits, yaourts inexistants, et café en poudre ) Le personnel est très agréable de la réception aux femmes de ménage mais on s’aperçoit qu’ils sont livrés à eux même manque de gestion

Il personale gentilissimo, la posizione al centro della città vecchia di Chiang Mai, la piscina aperta fino alle 22 che ci dava la possibilità di fare un tuffo anche dopo cena. Camera molto accogliente, bagno grande con sia doccia che vasca.

L'idromassaggio in camera, forse non utilizzato da un pò, non era molto pulito.

Good location - quiet and near to the old city. Within walking distance of many amenities, like convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants like THE HOUSE BY GINGER and Jok Sompet.

Could be cleaner - found a cockroach

スタッフが大変に親切で、飛行機の荷物受け取りのトラブルのため、チェックインが午後11時をかなり過ぎていたが、暖かく迎えてくれた。 ロケーションもよく、近くにレストランが多い上、観光の拠点にも歩いていける距離。 ホテルの施設も大変に良く、バスタブにはジェットバスが付いていてくつろぐことができた。

大変に満足したが、強いて言えばWi-Fiが時々切断した所

It was very clean, air conditioner, worked great, they had water for you every day, they clean the room every day and it was located in a great location.

The beds were a little too firm.

Hotel is in a good location in the old town. Room was nice and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Breakfast was non-descript, always the same and really nothing special. Could really do with more variety. I found bin in the room when i checked in was not completely empty, so maybe a bit more attention to that. The pool does not get a great amount of sun, only around noon to 3pm.
