Nice and clean apprtment, with all the amenities you should expect.

Access to the property from the airport at night is almost impossible as there are not taxis at the Rome airport at night and there are no trains to the property. Also from Rome at evening the trains ends quite early. Those considerations should be taken when ordering this property. If you have a car, this is good location, close to the airport. Also is was booked with breakfast but the owner only left few products. Those cannot be considered as breakfast.

It was very very basic. You don't get value for money. The photos don't really reflect the feeling in the apartment. Some of the furniture is falling apart. Very basic. Unpleasant neighborhood.

Claudio was incredibly helpful and proactive to make sure that we had everything we needed for a seamless check in and stay. The apartment was perfectly located near the airport and with easy nearby shopping and restaurants. Just what we needed after a long drive and ahead of an early flight!

I would not suggest anybody to go through the experience we went through. Please avoid this property until the owner assured the main door locks were changed. We got locked inside the apartment without any help from the owner and finally had to call 112 to rescue. The reason is the apartment main door lock was deceitful not working. The lock opened from outside but with the same key it didn't open from inside. We stayed there for one night and we had flight next morning. We got locked inside the apartment. We tried to open the door called the owner for more then one hour 100 times no response then we called 112 and we missed our flight. This was very stressful for us.

Nice, clean modern apartment with great kitchen close to airport. Also walking distance from huge indoor mall with grocery store!

We had a little trouble finding it, but Claudio was great and helped us!

It was easy to get there, the whole process of taking the key and returning it was comfortable. There was coffee and a a makineta.

There was some problem with the parking.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. Owner/manager of property will respond within minutes in English. Super easy to access the property.

A little hard to get a taxi or Uber depending on hours, but a driver can be easily scheduled with owner/manager. It is also just 5min walk from the train station with a short ride to the airport.

It was relatively clean

Firstly the location is really bad and in the middle of nowhere, taxis dont want to drop you off there and food drivers dont deliver! Secondly directions were not clear and the door was jammed, it literally took us 10 minutes in the heat and 3 calla to the owners just to get the door opened. Seriously not recommended for families!!

This property is hard to find ! There’s also a construction next the the building going and it wasn’t disclosed! The property entrance is all cobble stones so it was hard to push the luggage’s and we had a lot and a long walk out to the gate ! It made it more difficult for us ! The owner doesn’t take photos of the the entire entrance if I only knew I wouldn’t booked this facility! Also, it’s covid times and his photos doesn’t match the balcony as it is clean and presentable in his websites but when we checked in it’s filthy filled with birds feces everywhere! This place is not been kept clean out side ! And there is no extra toilet paper !

Our apartment was upgraded from 1 to a 2 bedroom. The refrigerator was stocked with everages and there were snacks on the dining room table.

It was difficult to get to. The door was difficult to open. The shower head was so clogged that barely any water came through, and what did, sprayed everywhere. The wifi wouldn't connect. There were no extra blankets for the extra bed. Communication was through Whatsapp, and responses took long. Remote for 1 bedroom a/c did not work, and the other bedroom was missing theirs

Travelled with my family and needed a quick stop over near Fiumicino due to a late flight. Lovely comfortable, clean apartment and helpful host, even though contact was only over WhatsApp. Only slight gripe was the quality of the breakfast option.... would definitely use the apartment again, grazie Claudio 👍🏼

The apartment was very clean and spacious it was very good to have a kitchen and the supermarket was very close with a good selection of restaurants in the shopping centre.
