I liked the ambiance of the hotel, the restaurants and bars were very good as well.

I requested a theatre room; I asked for it to be taken away as it was different to what I imagined with the screen taking up too much space in a quite small room.

Location is good. The lobby is nice. Hotel is clean.

The bed was really small, 180x120. Which should have been mentioned on the website (we would have booked a different room). The screen can only be used by a beamer, which is very user unfriendly. The bar on the top floor was closed on Saturday for a private party, bar in the lobby didn't have any staff. The bar closed early on Friday and the staff was very unfriendly.

Cozy boutique hotel in Azabujuban. The rooms are beautiful and stylish, the location is fantastic and a walking distance from all the fun places in Roppongi and beyond. The staff are helpful. Overall a great experience ☺️

The location. I love this side of Tokyo. Not so busy but close to metro ect

I used to live around the area and my partner and I just love Azabu Juban. We always stay around this area when we visit Tokyo since its a quick cab ride from Haneda Airport. The hotel is in a great location and can reach Roppongi Hills and Roppongi station and also use Azabu Juban station. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel that is open 24/7! Additionally there is a supermarket that is open until 3 AM as well. Furthermore there is a ton of great places for food. Our favorite is the soba place near Azabu Juban station and a chicken skewer place called Abechan. There is also a really good pizza resto called Savoy and a Hainan Chicken resto called Hainan Jifan close to Roppongi Hills. Out hotel room was comfortable, clean and we always got our toiletries refreshed daily. Furthermore the 9th floor bar served delicious drinks and has a great view.

Maybe its a personal preference but the pillows were too soft and low and would prefer the option for firmer pillows.

Very funky hotel. Clean, great facilities, very spacious.

I love the neighborhood. I’m used to the area and it’s convenient for my purposes. I love the lounge and the cafe has good food. My friends were able to come and see me there and hang out at the lounge comfortably for a while.

Rooms are smaller size and couldn’t go to the bar because there was a private party. Also, bottom of the bed needs to be cleaned. I know it cannot been seen but I’d like it to be clean.

Very good location, close to Azabujuban and Roppongi stations. On a quiet street with many small stores and restaurants.

ロケーションが良い。従業員の方々がとても親切でした。入口のフレッシュなにおいも良かったし、照明の光も落ち着いておしゃれでした。2回のラウンジのコーヒーサービスもありがたいでした。

ネットで予約するときは朝食が7時からと書かれておりましたが、7時半からだったので10日の朝食が皆(6名）食べられませんでした。私達のフライトの関係で7時30分にはホテルを出ないと行けなかったのです。

A beautiful hotel, very modern and serene. Location was good, only a small walk to the train station. 7 Eleven directly under hotel and a couple of restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Housekeeping wasn’t the best. Had to ask for our used mugs to be cleaned daily, didn’t always have the bins emptied.

トイレ、バスルームの方にしかゴミ箱がなかったので、部屋の方にも設置してもらえると嬉しいです。 冷蔵庫が小さくあまり収納できなかったです。

Alles super! Sehr schönes Hotel mit zentraler Lage, die Doppelzimmer sind etwas klein, aber für paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Das Hotel ist von Lobby bis zum Zimmer modern & stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück bestellt man a la carte, alles sehr lecker! Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, 7/11 & Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. UBahn Station & Bushaltestelle ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊

The place is feast for the eyes for those who like a well-designed hotel. The staff are attentive and open to answering questions which is helpful when you are in an unfamiliar city. The lobby lounge area was a great common space to hang out and everyone used the space respectfully even if for work or leisure. The free flow beer in the evenings was delicious. The breakfast was also excellent!

We had to keep asking for an extra bath towel each day when our booking indicated we were three guests. We also left some feedback that it should be communicated clearer that breakfast is only included for 2 ppl (the adults) and not our child because this was not clear at all when we booked online.

The Lively was a beautiful hotel. Certainly exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful ambience all through the hotel. There is an area beside reception which was perfect for a wind down after sightseeing all day. There’s a pool table which our boys loved and my husband enjoyed the free beer between 5 and 6 pm. The location was perfect and very easy to get to closest train station about 500 m away, surrounded by good restaurants and takeaway if necessary, and there is 711 downstairs.
