Water problems for 3 of the 4 days but the staff were very accommodating

The colonial style hotel and the facility is well maintained. They kindly provided us the welcome drinks(frozen strawberry tequila cocktail!) that was really good. The ceiling is really high with colonial arch. There is a public 24h parking in front of the hotel.

Floor and the bathroom are "modern style" so it somehow lacks the atmosphere. And the shower room was not well constructed and the water had been dropping on the outside of the shower space even after using it.

The location was great - just a few blocks to the zocala. The inner courtyard of the hotel is very pretty.

The bed was quite small, the room was quite large but the bed not so much.

only one access card provided for each room. Suggest to provide 2 cards for each room

Very large, stylish, and beautiful rooms in a colonial building right in the center of town. Our rooms (which were at the back of the building) were nice and quiet.

Supposedly breakfast was included, but the staff directed us to the breakfast buffet which was charged separately. They should have been clear about that in advance.

The location is great. It is very close to the zocolo and trenturistico. And the staff were very nice.

A pefect location in Puebla and a charming and stylish hotel. The staff was great and even got a breakfast ready for us for a 6:00 am departure!

The hotel is lovely - best location, free secure parking, big luxury rooms. Very clean, very quiet.

Staff doesn't speak English at all - that is strange for the price you pay for a room. But it's nothing in comparison with the thing that they are not interested to make your stay pleasant. They just don't care about you. I speak Spanish so I could communicate with then but nobody (except the guy who helped with the car parking) tried to help us.
