Solo el no tener dónde guardar el carro cerca, porque aunque uno le da las llaves del auto al dueño el lo va a dejar muy abajo del hotel, muy difícil subir, y si ya está guardado bueno da un poco de pena decirle que lo vaya a ver en caso de querer salir, pero se que el estaría dispuesto a hacerlo las veces que un huésped desee, aunque no lo catálogo como malo.

Ein Lift wäre schöb für die oberen Stockwerke, aber es war nicht störend.

Das Hotel ist wenige Schritte vom Busbahnhof gelegen und trotzdem ist es Nachts sehr ruhig, abgesehen vom Rauschen des Flusses. Das Frühstück wird auf einem kleinen Balkon serviert mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Berge, das hat mir besonders gut gefallen.

Staff was incredible. They work very hard to ensure your stay is comfortable. Including laundry services where they actually fold your clothing.

The view from the balcony towards the canyon was great, rooms with view are spacious.

Most rooms without windows are dark and noisy. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the center.

The view from the balcony where we had breakfast was breathtaking. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the river and green mountains. The room is compact but very comfortable and you can find everything you need. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes from the bus terminal yet very quiet.

Great location close to the river, main bridge, Main Street and bus station. Very clean, an excellent shower - warm with good pressure and strong wifi.

the only issue for our room was the street light shone through the curtains and made the room light at night time. this was because we were 2 stories up with a great view but just need heavier curtains. this would not be an issue in other rooms

everything, staff were amazing, location is ideal far enough away from the city it’s not super noisy but only a very short walk into main areas. clean, tidy and comfortable. couldn’t want anything more

- After 1 am you aren't allowed to enter the building - Every time you have to ring the bell to enter the building - construction starts at 740 not at 830 as told during checking (nowhere mentioned during booking process also) - absurd 12% credit card payment fees It would have been nicer having a heads up before booking.

The view at breakfast is amazing. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good shower with hot water. They provide a laundry service which was super quick. About a 5 minute walk from the town center.

Would have liked a common area to hang out when we were back from activities.
