I really enjoyed the stay at Akshaya Mahal Inn. The ambience in the room was very nice, good view of the mall opposite and nature in the distance, bathroom was well equipped and excellent, service was very good as well. Even the dining hall was spacious and had a beautiful view of trees with flowers. We tried one dish (veg fried rice) during our very short stay and that was very good too.

- The card for one room was not functioning well. - The furniture in the rooms could be maintained to be in better conditions. - The bathroom mat in one room was not available.

Great VFM.. new property - just perfect for a comfortable stay. Servcie was prompt and secured parking available

Co-operative staff. The hotel was very clean. Stay was comfortable.

i) Breakfast should have more items. No North Indian item was served in breakfast. Amongst all the hotel booking I did before with complementary breakfast, during this stay only I got breakfast with very limited options /items ii) TC didn't work in the room and the staff couldn't fix that.

Services are excellent

Small plastic stool must be kept for elders in bathroom.

Great breakfast, lovely clean room, excellent location. Professional world class mid budget hotel. You won't go wrong staying here when you are in Mysore.

Parking was quite tight on space with entry and exits. Charging extra bed when reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, should have been included

The staff is always on the loom out for the money or tip especially the guards and room service. They will keep on sitting in your head until to don’t tell them to go, that is so awkward. Also the house keeping is of no use, we stayed there for two days and they didn’t even clean the room during my stay. Absolute zero star for house keeping.

There were bed bugs in the room and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Pathetic housekeeping !

The complimentary breakfast in the morning should have been better, especially with varieties of menus and a fan in the room is necessary, in my opinion. A room kit was provided only on request,
