Comfortable, La Uppu, smoke free rooms n facilities offered

Not very efficient in service during rush hours. Room service gets delayed beyond the promised time.

The location is very good and the staff team is helpful

The breakfast menu can be improved to include some non-vegetarian options. I was told that there are vegetarian people staying in the hotel and may not like to see the non-veg options. In that case you should not run a hotel or mention that the hotel is for vegetarians only. On the vegetarian section the coffee was absurd.

all was fine, good food, kind staff, and good facilities.. We enjoyed the stay. Though, we suggest, that the breakfast buffet be varied daily, We found it almost same daily, and we were there for 4 days, hence prefer some variations in the dishes at least some of them, not all.

They have vallet parking, but they kept a board that car and belongings for vallet parking is our responsibility and hotel management is not responsible.It makes no sense. They parked my car underneath a tree, and when I was about to go for a siteseeing in the morning, car is full of bird droppings and I did a water service from my own expense. I cannot complain to hotel management, because of the board they kept... 😆 Lol Also never seen a five star hotel room booking doesn't include breakfast. We were fasting, and we don't need.But they gave a discount coupon for breakfast and said , its not included. I was asking for an Ifthar arrangements for us, but the reception guy said he will check and get back to us and nothing happened. Their pool timing was 7 am to 7pm... For those who are going sightseeing in mysore like us, cannot get an opportunity for the pool access. When we went to the roof top and had a visit to the pool area, very soon one guy approached us and said, "Sir ,you all need swimming costumes for the pool access." I said him, we just came to the roof top for a short visit, not for pool access, we do have all pool accessories with us, you don't worry. The management should take extra care to train their staff for clients behaviour. Rest all good, have a small play area, kids can enjoy.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hot water in the shower stopped working, which was a disappointment The front of desk and restaurant staff were very good and very friendly

The bar staff were totally incompetent. They didn't know what are gin and tonic was, and tried to give me ginger ale instead. The whole process of getting a drink took forever
