the TV was not working and the landline to contact reception was not working

Instead of AC room we were given Non- AC room. No electric kettle, no hangers, no toiletries. The bedding was used. Next day it was changed on repeated requests. Instead of free breakfast for three days, we were provided only two days free breakfast and that too at some other property far away. In future I will hesitate to book hotels from Booking.com site. When we checked in were even told that there was no booking for us in their hotel and we booked from some fake site. In the dead of the night we were to seek some other hotel. It was only after request we were given a lower room to stay. I hope booking .com will take strict action against the hotel owners and compensate us suitably.

Already mentioned above. The behave of the receptionist was rude and dictatorial and was in a mood to take advantage of our late check in.

No breakfast was provided, even though we paid for it . Expect this , no problem.

No parking , small room. Bathroom was ok, ,no hot water

No any issue. Staff is very helpful and Adjustable, property is best 👍💯Owner & customer Comunication is good.
