The resort is good and the ambience is good. Sagar who served us is very helpful .

HOWEVER, the experience during check out was HORRIBLE!! First of all, we had booked 2 rooms. we got only one room on time for checkin . The other room was given one hour late. When we entered, it was not cleaned at all. They again took the key card and got it cleaned. Another half an hour late. During check out, we were told check out is at 11am. We asked for grace of 30 min as we have a young toddler , the reception desk denied saying they can't extend. Then at around 10:45am or 10:50am , my parents room got a call saying why is it taking us so long and there are other people waiting to check in . The person on the call was very rude to my senior citizen father. My father told we are ready and asked them to send the budgy as the reception is very far. When I called them back asking them why they were so rude, they denied calling. They kept saying they did not say when clearly it was lies. The budgy was being sent to all others first and made us wait outside with our luggage for a long a time. This included my senior citizen parents and my toddler. At the reception desk, both the ladies denied saying no one called. After billing, they refused to give me feedback form. When it was given to other people who checked out. When I asked for the form, the reception lady told the manager that I was angry and I am pretty sure they will discard my filled feedback form Horrible service and treatment towards customers during checkout. Considering I am repeat customer

Breakfast and staff were good. Room was spacious. They property is quite big

The advertised lake is a small man made lake. Not what we expected. Also the bathroom was stinking when we came in (and the staff then had to spray freshener etc.). The gym wasn't good.

Ambience & food

This place is one of a kind. Serene and peaceful throughout the entire trip. The resort staffs were very courteous and the service was outstanding. The breakfast spread is also quite decent and the high tea besides the lake is one to look out for.

Room service menu options were quite limited and it was pricey as well. The quantity of the food was less for the price we were paying. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The service was very good, staff polite and went out of their way to help. Its a beautiful place spread over a huge area with a choice of rooms and in the midst of nature. the rooms are well furnished and the landscaping is so well done.

The breakfast spread was ok but not as lavish as expected from a place of such repute. Also on weekdays the staff is in a hurry to wind up breakfast and are very particular about this. One gets the feeling that you have to gobble up food and not have a leisurely breakfast. Most good places have breakfast timings till 10.30 am while it is sharp 10am.
