Our stay at this hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, it was 10 minutes walking from the old souk, and the hôtel had it own small private beach. But what made our stay even better was the stuff, especially Adel. He was available and very helpful, the communication with him was very smooth.

Great value for the price … simple bungalow, with airco , shower . The whole property was taken care of well, green grass and right on a sandy beach in a bay . Lots of action on the water . but very calm and relaxing vibe. great service . Hana and kamel were very friendly and so was all the other staff. For a taxi I recommend Abdulla, very friendly, reliable and speaks well English / Russian (+201003151129 you can send him a whatsap )

ADEL & HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST!!!! never have we enjoyed a holiday so much thanks to the team who have now become good friends & family. The room was fab with everything we needed including free soft drinks/water in the mini bar!! room cleaned everyday with lovely bed designs. Rooms perched on the private beachfront, sea beautiful all day long, beach bar, water activities. Breakfast served to the room with so much choice. Lovely 15 min walk into the old market town, great base for taxi rides to Naama Bay, Soho Square etc and not expensive either!! Can’t wait to get back later this year 🥰

All as expected from the experience chain in Sharm el sheikh, lovely staff specially Mr. ADEL Who offered me a lot to make sure my stay is as smooth as possible

Good location, clean beach and good stuff.

I didn’t understand why there wasn’t food in hotel. you should order or go to old bazaar. and evenings was very quiet. everybody was going.

I liked most the staff especially Mr adel who is professional and welcoming and also the receptionist he is also professional. The hotel location is so good that is so close to the old market and it has a beachfront. The room size is good, the AC works so good. I also liked that there is a safe inside to keep my belongings, the TV worked fine. I also liked that they put tea and Nescafé and milk in the refrigerator for Free. The bathroom was clean

The mosquitos everywhere that I wasn't able to stay outside my room due to the huge mosquitoes around One day I found 2 cockroaches in the room although I used to close always my room that's because of the garden outside, the property should take care of the cleanliness a little bit There was also noise outside from the workers who work outside.

Everything was extraordinary, the staff, the room, beach and it will not be the last time.

Nothing, maybe if there’s an open buffet instead of delivering the breakfast to the room would be better.

Exceptional breakfast, served on the room's terrace with view to the sea. The staff was very helpful, they organized a lunchbox for us, even though we notified them about this request late in the evening. Location is great, Old Market (central neighbourhood around Sahaba Mosque) is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Very quiet, nice little bungalows; recommended for people who dislike big hotels/resorts. The beach is great too. Pictures on Booking.com fully show reality.

WiFi is sometimes weak - but you don't go there to hang on your phone/laptop, do you?

Although there was a problem everydody tried to fix it. Still.... 1st night and my room was dirty especially the sheets. Finding long hair in the bed which are not yours... Is the least disgusting. I requested the next day not to pay for my 1st night stay... was staying there for three nights. Guess they decided to give me 20% of my 1st night back... Tragic.

mr adel was very friendly, the stay was perfect, everyone is helpfull, perfect location and perfect view from the room. the breakfast is the best you can get, you shouldn’t miss it

first the stuff they was really very helpful and try to make your stay wonderful as they can 24 hours they are ready for you really thanks for them and special thanks for mr Adel he is very helpful the location and atmosphere was great front of the beach and rooms always very clean , variety breakfast and they bring it to your room so i was take my breakfast in fresh air enjoy by the view every day , I highly recommended

for me it was nothing didn’t like ,if you want to stay in quite place enjoy by the sea and natural it’s your place

Location is good. There's some nice snorkeling if you swim round the corner from the beach to the right. Staff are very attentive. Rooms are a little tired but overall it's great value for money.
