Hotel je dobar, dobra lokacija, plaža na 50 koraka, ima ležaljke,ima peškiri. Nista netreba da nosite sa sobom. I na bazenu je isto ležaljke i peškiri free. Plaža je peščana i čista. Hotel i sobe su cisti, redovno nameštaju sobe, flašice vode su dostupne u sobi free, 2 kom, al na zahtev dobijete još. Ljudi u hotelu su uvek tu, mi smo se doputovali u 03.00 am i za 10 minuta smo bili u sobi. Doručak je odličan, ima svega, normalne hrane. Ima besplatan autobus do grada tj do tri trzna centra, a taxi do burdz kalife koja je 32 km daleko je 20eur. Prozori i vrata u hotelu dobro izoluju može da se spava u miru.
Ovde nema sta da se napiše.

Rooms are cute, nice beddings, bathroom super and all normal facilities at your hand. Special mention for balcony with a splendid viev over Burj Al Arab, special thanks to Wissem, at receiving desk of the hotel. To mention that the staff are excellent and helpful all over. The general restaurant - even having not so many choices - has very tasty food - congratulations to chefs! We had breakfast and dinner and it was a delight. The private beach is excellent, even if you have to walk a little to get there - and the beer at the beach bar was super in the beautiful sunset!
Basement parking is a little crampy and no lift to hotel lobby.

Devo dizer que devemos um especial agradecimento ao Daniel da sala de pequeno almoço que foi simplesmente excepcional connosco, muito simpático e atencioso.
A localização é fantástica , longe da confusão e barulho mas ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo.
A insonorização do quarto foi muito boa, não ouvimos barulho exterior e a cama é super confortável.
Bom pequeno almoço apesar de poder ter mais variedade.
O tamanho da sala de pequeno almoço demasiado pequena para tanta gente...
O bar da praia poderia estar mais apresentável, assim como as instalações sanitárias para duches e wc, são demasiado pequenas e com pouca privacidade.
A zona de entrega de toalhas também poderia ter melhor aspecto.

I liked everything about this hotel. Excellent location, wonderful and friendly staff with all amenities available. Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. A really superb experience

The staff were just amazing, very responsive, and doing their best to accommodate all the guest needs
The pool unfortunately is a little bit small, and the fact the we need to walk to the beach.
However, if we take into consideration that this hotel is 4 stars only, we can live with it :)

Nice view overlooking Burj Al Arab and downtown. With a 200-600mm zoom lens you can get great shots.
Overpriced room and the food at the Beach Club is under normal standard.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They made a huge deal for my mother and I as it was both of our birthdays during the stay. I really appreciated that and felt very well celebrated! The location is just gorgeous and we loved having a balcony! The bus shuttle service is really useful and the amenities in the hotel are fantastic such as the pool and beach. We enjoyed our breakfast and it had vegetarian options for me. I would recommend Aloft to anybody coming to Dubai.
There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property however it may be useful to keep in mind that due to location taxi journeys will be slightly longer and more expensive, however as the location is so beautiful and it’s a great experience to stay on the palm it’s not a big deal!

Номер понравился, персонал приветливый и внимательный, понравился вид на море из номера с 10 этажа, понравилось, что есть бесплатный автобус до торговых центров и обратно
не понравился бассейн - мелкий, все лежаки у бассейна постоянно заняты, не понравились однообразные завтраки в течении всего времени пребывания, не понравилось, что над нашим номером был видимо бар и очень громкая слышимость - там постоянно что-то двигали и роняли - мешали заснуть!

The view of the room
When I check in, it's not updated. They want to give me the regular room which I already updated in booking.com to get the ocean view and also they already deducted my payment 7days before my stay and the receptionist asked me to pay again. We are in reception area for about an hour sorting out all the problems. It should be between them and booking.com. I already stayed here before and I recommended this to my friend and first thing she saw is the drama of checking in.

Breakfast was very good. Location really very good. F&B staff were very good and caring, particularly Ranjana took care of vegetarian dishes immediately when needed. Very helpful staff.

Просторный номер, удобная кровать. Хороший завтрак. Бассейн с охлаждаемой водой. Отличный вид из окна. Есть бесплатный автобус до ближайших моллов. Хороший пляж. рядом с отелем.
Маловат спортзал. Еда в ресторанах и напитки в барах, мягко говоря дороговаты. Можно заказывать доставку. Или оплатить сразу и завтраки и ужины, будет скидка 20%.

The room and location.

Located on the near end (as the crow flies) of the Palm. Property has amazing views of Burj al Arab on the one side and Atlantis on the other. Pool area relaxing and appealing. Property is fairly decorated and clean. Rooms had all the usual ameneties that was expected. Private beach is walk behind another hotel. Unfortunatley not located at the actual hotel. It was a private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas. The wifi worked at the beach as well. Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. Rooms are basic but the views are worth the stay.
Although located on the near end of the palm it takes time to get to the hotel as the only road goes past the whole palm; thus adding to ones time and transport cost. The spa area has no steam room or sauna.

Lovely hotel and staff... room and balcony was fab Seaview..always cleaned every day...pool was a little busy,beach was 2 min walk which was too hot bu day..
We complained w few times room up above us loud music all hours. U could ere everything very thin walls and windows ..was told they checked out but tat wasn't the case happened again and again which we had no sleep and spoilt our day.
