Location are amazing- chalet are spacious - kitchens are full of cooking items

Spacious and amazing view of the whole lake. Very quiet spot where you could enjoy an early morning coffee on the balcony outside and soak in the view.
Old furniture and kitchen equipment. The oven was broken and it stopped after 15 minutes while we were trying to cook some chicken and fries. The leather couch in the living room was very uncomfortable - soft, leaning towards the back, and difficult to stand up from it once seated.

Hair Dryer is not usable and no feedback from owner when requested to change for a new one.
You must be an experienced driver to drive up and down hills.

A very nice Chalet in the mountains, great for a relaxing holiday
It was very cold (15 deg C inside) when we got there, and the owner did not return our calls for hours. We had to improvise to keep ourselves warm (we lit a big fire in the fireplace, and warmed up the house), but it took almost the whole day ...

Beautiful view! Terrace and sunroom for breakfast!
Good kitchen. The main floor was ok but the room in the entrance floor was neglected and empty.
The code for the door wasn’t right and the woman on the the phone talked very poor English…
No shampoo or soap
The house needs good cleaning and maybe a small makeover

The property was in good location with amazing view. easy to move and there many shops closer by. There was no shower gel so it would be better to carry our own. Garage cannot open to park the car but there is enough space to park outside.
Key collection process was bit difficult since the key in the box was replaced by someone else. I called the landlord and he was helpful at the end. He understood that the key was misplaced by someone else. However the stay was amazing, carry some changes needs to put city tax as cash in the table. Probably Swiss frank.

the location was superb. amazing views.
facilities were very good.
wifi was fine for our stay
the door lock to main door wasn't working .
we couldn't get in , had to get police to get us in property.
bins were not cleaned from last occupants.
towels were not clean enough, tired with age!
