More than disappointed, I feel SCAMMED with this "villa". DON'T TRUST THE NICE PICTURES! As they don't represent the current condition of the building (january 2024). -I booked the most expensive room to get "lake view," but you can only see a roof and trees. -The double bed is just 2 single beds together, so you can feel the gap, and both matresses were HARD ROCK (seriously, I'm not exaggerating). -The shower was clogged, so everything was wet for over 10min after it started draining. Plus, no hot water the first 5min. -The room is very old and has dirty walls painted on top of the mold. The ceiling is made with braided palm leaves in bad condition. -Forget the AC. It's there pretty much for decoration (It turns on, but doesn't cool down). -5 out of 7 lights in the room weren't working. -You have to pay for bottles of water (not refill available), even if this is complimentary everywhere in the country. -Location quite far from everything, reason why nearby hotels provide free bicycles, but this one charges even more than the ones in downtown. -I was talking to other guests who were also not happy with their beds and clogged toilet, so Moon (the lady in charge) became very aggressive with us. When I showed her all the things mentioned before, she started yelling at me! And said that if I don't like her hotel, I better leave. She canceled my one week reservation after the first night, but charged 2 nights straight from my registered card in Booking. -If you still wanna book here, keep in mind that it looks like a budget motel that needs serious renovations to be like in the published pictures again.

Erg vriendelijke eigenaar! Ze hielp ons met alles, en had de beste aanbevelingen voor ons voor in de stad. Ik heb een pak laten maken en ze heeft me goed geholpen die op te sturen! Toen Moon er achter kwam dat we op onze huwelijksreis waren heeft ze ons zelfs een gratis upgrade gegeven🥰

Het enige is dat je een klein stukje moet lopen naar het stadscentrum maar dit is niet erg ver en goed te doen.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Besonders die Lage direkt am Fluss ist idyllisch und trotzdem ist man in 10 min zu Fuß im Trubel. Außerdem kann man unkompliziert Fahrräder ausleihen. Moon ist eine herzliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen Tips zu Restaurant, Schneider und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten versorgt hat. Sie hat uns unsere Weiterfahrt gebucht. Wir durften nach dem Check-out unsere Sachen lagern und nach einem Tag in der Stadt sogar noch duschen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the lady who owns it is helpful and offered us tours and where to eat, she also sorted our bus as well from the hotel to the next destination. the hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the centre but you can rent moped and bicycles from the hotel so you can get there quicker. it’s a very quite area so you can get a good sleep

I like that the host was friendly and informative. They helped us book our ticket to Vinwonders Hoi An. The people are helpful.

The room smells like dust. It was like it has not been cleaned for awhile. The pool was not properly maintained, I could see swimming things.

Rilassante hotel alla fine dell'isola per chi vuole riposarsi e stare in tranquillità dopo esser venuti da Hanoi o Ho Chi Minh City. Per arrivare si può passeggiare lungo la costa e a meno di 20 minuti a piedi si è in centro città. Con Grab si raggiunge in un attimo anche la spiaggia a costo irrisorio (30000 dong per 15 minuti di motorino).

È leggermente lontano dalla zona turistica se ci interessa questo

-La gérante qui essaye de nous vendre des activités et pleins de choses différent, on a eu l’impression de passer un entretien lors du check-in. -La propreté de la chambre était médiocre, sol sale serviettes et draps tachés, porte de la douche rouillée et plein de calcaire, ménage soit disant fait mais toujours sale et poubelle non vidée. -Fuite du plafond dans la salle de bain, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, eau chaude et pression d’eau au bon vouloir (nous n’avons plus eu d’eau à un moment dans la douche). -Piscine à l’ombre toute la journée

El hotel está ubicado alejado del bullicio de Hoi An y se respira mucha paz con la piscina abierta H24 y el río cerca.

Colchón muy duro, limpieza de las habitaciones mala. Encontramos mucho polvo, insectos de todo tipo, mampara de ducha muy sucia y WC que se atascaba. Moon te recomienda muchas cosas, pero a veces resulta muy intimidante. Necesitas de bici/moto para ir al centro de Hoi An.

Spacious room with pool views. Quiet location and not too far from the center (20min walking aprox). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Moon helped me for anything I needed, she recommended me tours, activities, good restaurants or a taxi to get to the airport in Da Nang.

Maybe for some people is a bit far from the center, but if you don't like walking more than 10min, you can rent a bike, bycicle or take a Grab.

Everything was amazing, the service was incredible!! It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet location, but still only a short walk in to town up the river. Amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredible, they booked our tours for us and ensured we were taken very good care of. Moon was the best host anyone could ask for!!

Expérience décevante L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait énormément d’humidité dans la chambre. Le premier jours, nous sommes arrivés avec quelques d’avance ( 9h à la place de 14h ), et bien que la chambre était vide et prête, la propriétaire a conditionné l’accès à notre chambre à 100 000 VND supplémentaire. Le petit-déjeuner était correct bien qu’un peu léger, un plat et une boisson (choix très limité). Nous avons décidé de louer un scooter pour deux journées(150 000 VND la journée, ce qui est plus cher qu’ailleurs ), nous avions négocié avec les employés pour 100 000/ jours, donc 200 000VND pour les 2 jours, toutefois, lors de notre passage en caisse, la propriétaire a dit qu’elle n’était pas là lors de la négociation et que ses employées avait sois disant compris que je voulais payer 200 000 VND non pas pour 2 jours mais pour 2h, ce qui est complètement abberant! De plus, nous avons eu un problème avec le scooter mal entretenu et dangereux! Il s’est tout simplement arrêter d’un coup sec en plein milieu de la route, et impossible de repartir avec. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire qui nous a dits que de nous débrouiller en trouvant quelqu’un sur la route en affirmant qu’elle était trop loin pour venir nous aider ! Résultat : une après-midi perdue en attendant la réparation du scooter, une réduction non appliquée, et lorsque je lui ai fait par de mon mécontentement, elle a tout simplement décider d’écourter la discussion et de s’en aller ! En 3 mois de voyage, c’est notre première expérience décevante en ce qui concerne les logements ! Propriétaire trop gourmande avec l’argent. Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez moins cher ailleurs et bien plus commerçant.

Location is ok about 20 min walk into the old town. The bed are super hard and really hurt my back and also it was very noisy we could hear the people above our room. Bed sheets and towels were a bit dirty. Shower leaked all over the floor making it slippery. Breakfast wasn’t great either

A rececionista foi incrível, foi super prestável, ajudou-nos a marcar transportes e tours, foi incansável em todos os pedidos de ajuda e ainda nos referenciou a vários colegas para restaurantes e apoio noutras cidades. Ficamos mesmo felizes de ter passado este tempo aqui. Para além disso a localização escondida do hotel faz dele um espaço ainda mais especial sendo possível descansar do barulho da cidade e aproveitar o tempo junto ao rio enquanto se toma o pequeno almoço, que já agora, é também bastante bom havendo muita escolha no que comer e também há flexibilidade nos horários para o tomar. Por último achamos que acordar num lugar tão sossegado, com piscina e no meio da natureza foi mesmo aquilo que precisávamos para passar estes dias em Hoi An

The host Moon was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us loads of great recommendations for restaurants, activities and tailoring. We could book everything with her. The breakfast was really high quality. The pool was gorgeous. We could rent Mopeds at the villa. Really enjoyed our stay here.

the host tried to get more money than was stated in booking, we heard from other people that money got stolen in the room, the power was shut down during the day, very dirty bathroom, someone came into the room daily without cleaning/doing the bed which was very weird
