Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal del comedor.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el escándalo que organizan los alojados británicos, hablando a gritos por los pasillos, llenando de suciedad y dejando algún vaso en las escaleras, así como su mal comportamiento en general, incluida la piscina.

Clean, tidy, staff were polite and friendly, rooms comfortable. Nice surprise to have a fridge in the room.

Large group of 25 stags drinking and smoking whilst in the pool so ash fell into water- staff never approached to speak to them about it.

Love staying here! Best location, lovely staff and very clean rooms

How close it was to the nightlife, bars, shops etc.. literally 2.mins away.. You got what you paid for. I couldn't complain at all.

Lots of lads at weekend filled Pool area. Bit daunting also older people using their hands to pick up food when tongs in front of them.

Hotel was exactly what you expect for price and location, bedrooms are basic but not anything spectacular Bar by the pool was great, the staff were very friendly.. especially the lady from Romania (sorry cant remember her name) Hotel couldnt be any closer to the strip

Check in process was not great, was a group of 19 and had to organise everyones passports, by room, everyone had to fill out individual forms and signatures etc .. seemed a bit unnecessary, never had to do this at any hotel before Also annoying we could only pay a deposit and had to pay the rest on the day, this means that the price quoted when booking was not what we paid, we were told £195 per person, but due to change in pound to euro exchange rates changing it was more like £210 on the day which then meant organising 19 people transferring me money while in reception Also the showers need to have a proper barrier, the water just sprayed out and floods bathroom and then hall... walk down the hall at 6pm and half the rooms have flooded the hallway
