Location OK.

Kettle, fridge not working. Bed frame taped together. No extractor fan in toilet. Poor communication about how to access door key. We were told the combination, but weren't told it opened a box containing the key. Wasn't sure what building we were in, so took a long time to work it out. The staff should have been aware.

Most of what you need is in the room.

Its a small room for the price. Remember you're renting a small condo. The shower door is hard to open and close. There were no trash bags.

The owner told me that the staff was waiting for us at the unit but she was not there. I tried contacting her and she was somewhere else and her line connection is hazy. I immediately informed the owner about the issue that I saw on the bed but I was only told that they will fix it AFTER my stay. I don’t recommend this for staycation, only as a place where you can leave your things then explore Davao for the rest of the day.

It was a little dirty. Under the bed and the couch and the toilet too. Nobody informed us about the pool reservation which was a hassle since almost all the slots were full.

Small bugs just a few

The location was the best. Convenient, near malls and transpo won’t be a problem. The room was also spacious and nice. Also, the staff that ushered us was punctual and undertsanding when we texted her that we’d leave an hour earlier than discussed.

It was hard to look for a parking spot since the property was located in a major busy street so we paid extra fee for condo parking. Also, when we used the fridge to store our food, there were left over, unused pasta and used water bottle in the fridge. Other than that, we still had a pleasant stay.
