In conclusion, our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. We had our best stay in Vietnam, at La Sinfoniya del Rey. The decor of the hotel is elegant, the staff is excellent and our stay had many clever little touches throughout that take them to the next level. The location is central and the soundproofing works as it's not the quietest part of town. They have a great spa facility and the staff was kind enough to facilitate a slightly later check-out for us. All-in-all, a great way to wind up our time in Vietnam :)

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Spa treatments amazing with great pressure and respected my ankle sprain.

The outside lights are turned off late at night so it’s easy to miss when you’re exploring late at night.

One of the reception staff, Hue, was extremely helpful. We had a problem with our flight bookings. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with the airline sorting out the problem. She was persistent and innovative, thinking about alternatives, until she sorted out the problem, which was far more than was her duty. That was a very valuable service.

The breakfast included a daily special which was truly special in addition to a wide array of breakfast dishes and treat on the regular buffet. What made our stay extraordinary was the staff who were very kind, accommodating, friendly and most helpful. Our room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, just a minutes walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The breakfast and the staff are both excellent, arranging rides and dinner reservations for us. We were only there two days, but the staff did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our time in Hanoi. I highly recommend the La Sinfonia del Ray Hotel & Spa.

Excellent breakfast, free of charge. Top quality restaurant for evening meals. Sky bar on roof-top for good view of Lake Hoan Kiem. Staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, way above expectations.

Sleep quality was slightly diminished due to noise from within the hotel, and in respect of rooms at the front of the hotel, also noise from the street.

The Client Service is the best I’ve ever experienced. The food is good, the spa also is high quality. The rooms are perfect, clean with all facilities. I would highly recommend

Good value of money as the hotel upgrade me to a Suite room with balcony. Very spacious room, great interior design and ammeties. Polite and professional staff

The queen size bed was actually combined of two single mattresses hence it was not ideal to sleep in the middle of the bed. I thought the water in the fridge was free like other hotels but the free bottles were nicely wrapped in the mini bar. A bit confusing!

The Location has a perfect balance, straight on too the lake or in to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter.

WONDERFUL STAY ! Room is like 5 stars hotel for 3 stars price, unbeatable service for unbeatable price. La Sinfonia will go the extra mile to accomodate and please you. I'm delighted of my stay, highly recommended.

Bed is very clean and comfort. Hotel is almost right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son temple, within walking distance of the old town attractions, eating places. Hotel staffs are super nice.

I would prefer brighter lighting system in the room.

The breakfast buffet is of a wide variety, and on top of that there are menu choices that are varied and excellent!

Tout ! Les chambres confortables et joliment décorées, l'emplacement juste à côté du lac et en plein vieux quartier de Hanoï. Le sky bar, les repas (très bon petit déjeuner), la gentillesse exceptionnelle de toute l'équipe. Bref, un séjour de rêve ! Il y a un peu d'animation le soir et le matin sur la place devant l'hôtel, surtout le week-end. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, prenez plutôt une chambre qui n'est pas côté rue. Ceci dit, cela fait partie du charme du séjour à Hanoï !
