Hardly anything to like. Best to avoid. Location on google map is misguiding. It looks like the property is physically close to many things but it is not because of the private restricted roads.

LOCATION- The location on map looks good but actually it is very inconvenient location that has restricted access. Example- to get to Okada that is 500 mtrs one has go around 5 km to get to Oakada and guards do not allow cars or even pedestrians to enter from that side. Also very hard to get any grab/taxi in this area. Super inconvenient! CLEANLINESS- the place had Dust mites, I got rashes, and had sleepless nights. There are no blankets provided and bedsheets are dirty and have stains all over them. SPACE- This is no way a 2 room unit. Smaller room is too small, stuffy, has water leakage that has developed into mold on the wall and smells very bad. We had to take the mattress out in living to sleep. This dingy room only has a fan and no aircon. COMFORT- Aircon in main room is tiny and ineffective. Mattresses are in their plastic and bedheets keep slipping off and also they make noise when you sleep and caused backache. This is basic that the plastic should be removed if owner wants to rent out the unit. STORAGE AND SAFEKEEPING- No proper storage for clothes, owner has stuffed their things in most of the cupboards and have even locked a few of them. Basically this place looks like a beaten down storage and not a place to have a pleasant stay in holiday. THE BUILDING- The floor smells pungent from cooking smell and lack of ventilation. By the way the whole building seems like a dormitory for workers. Best to avoid this place, it is not healthy for your and your family’s stay. SECURITY STAFF INTRUSION- One day they just stopped our water and asked us to visit management office the next day. At the checkout time, they delayed us from going to the airport by asking us for some exit permit (We doubt that the building management actually authorizes short term stays, best book at your own risk of being troubled by security guards). While going out or coming back the security guards kept asking we where I am going or where I am coming back from.

we have to take Grab to pass the security gates which do not allow people pass the gates. That is so　troublesome. there is no laundry services and facilities

Just location wasn’t ideal couldn’t go walking to restaurants n the restaurant at the hotel was expensive n food wasn’t great

The apartment is cosy and good looking. It actually has 2 restrooms. It has all the equipment you could think of as useful apart form...

... a washing machine. This would not be an issue if there was a laundry service in the area, but there is none available. Also the location is not the best. We were disappointed about the swimming pool as the caretaker was on holiday for most of our stay and you need to sign a special waiver of liability to get in even if he's there, so we only got to go there once. Not much of public transport available and not in walking distance to MOA or other places of interest. The other occupants of the condo are also not the best neighbors to have.
