Family trip - we had an outstanding stay. The home is well laid out for family/friends with a master and second bedroom on the main floor and four bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - with a kitchen, laundry room and living area - almost a house within a house. Everyone has their own space. The amenities and activities give you many options. Obviously, the beach is the main attraction. The house has beach toys for everyone. Bikes were also popular. Shuffleboard and the balconies and the crows nest were great for outdoor activities away from the beach. Kitchen and living space was great for gathering. The only minor suggestions: couldn’t find a large pot for a shrimp boil (may have been there somewhere); the knives that were there were scattered and missing a few (a knife set in a block would help) and the grill tools were lacking. These were minor annoyances; otherwise, the kitchen and grill were fantastic. The home was outstanding with the best layout, location and amenities we’ve experienced The family had a great experience and would consider a return visit. Thanks for sharing your home.

At one time we debated buying a place around Pensacola Beach; but were concerned about storms/Gulf damage. If I ever won the lottery and had no such concerns; this would be the place I would build for family and friends. Multiple rooms with their own bathrooms; two living rooms. Multiple "get together: areas; both inside and outside. While this was certainly the most expensive rental we have ever done. Spending time with the Great Grandmas and the latest addition to the family in this resort will be memories we treasure for all time.

We always enjoy our week of vacation in this wonderful house. The one thing we mention every year is it would be so nice to have a woodend walkway from the bottom patio to the beach access like they have at the house next door. Other than that we enjoy every aspect of the house. Thank you for keeping it in tip-top condition.

We loved every second in this house. The layout is great. So much space and so clean. Loved the most the stocked downstairs beach stuff and shuffle board! The pool was super relaxing. Only didn't love that you had to go through house to access it and couldn't go from bottom floor to it. No biggie but just want others to know. Love the ice maker! That is a game changer! My only suggestion is to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sure missed that! But seriously no complaints!

We loved our "Girls Beach Trip" in this home! Beds so comfortable, very clean, multiple decks offered shade and sun with wonderful deck furniture. We used the paddle boards too. Pool was cold but by the end of the week it warmed up and I am sure it was due to being late April. So close to restaurants but far enough away from crowds. Definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and the view was incredible. We greatly enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 12. The rental company went above and beyond to assist us with particular needs for a wheelchair-bound guest which we so appreciated. However, we were disappointed in some of the upkeep: the beach umbrellas were all broken; many of the bikes weren't operational (and the air compressor to put air in the tires was broken); the fishing rods were unusable; the ping pong paddles were falling apart; the outdoor grill was broken We chose this house in part for these "extras" and expected everything to be in good working order. With all of this, it shouldn't be that hard to keep an eye on the condition of things between rentals.Again, the house was generally amazing. Suggestions: provide beach towels (there were none) and get some Corelle or Melamine dishes for children to use.

The house was spectacular. The floor plan was actually like two separate large homes on separate floors. The kids and grandkids stayed on the third floor (2 families) and grandparents on the second floor. We used the second floor as the common area for meals and family time. The pool, porches, view and very short walk to the beach couldn’t have been better

Loved the house Vacuum system didn’t work and there wasn’t a vacuum cleaner in the house. Hard to keep the floors clean.Lot of sand in the house upon arrival.Loved the elevator, the 2 kitchens, large balconies, wonderful deck furniture.Having 2 garages is great for storage and parking.Loved having 2 laundries!Sliding glass doors worked better then any beachfront house I’ve ever visited.Can’t wait to return.

The house wowed all of us, 14 adult family members from Texas, Canada, Sweden and Australia. The covered veranda became everyone's favorite place to hang when we weren't at the beach or in bed. We managed to squeeze all of us around the dining table, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything a cook might want -- except a cutting board of all things. Our week in the house was terrific, fabulous and wonderful.

We love to stay at this house but there are three things we wish the owner would improve. 1) Please add a wooden or other material walkway between the house basement and the top of the burm going to the beach this would really help to carry the heavy items we bring to the beach. Just having sand makes it really difficult especially for senior citizens. 2) On level 2 the chairs at the two dining tables are very old and the cushions are worn out. Please either get new chairs or have the cushions reupholstered. 3) Please add some more towel racks to the bathrooms. Thanks for listening

It was an excellent experience! The house was very well planned out for sleeping larger families, especially with children. Loved the two kitchens and two laundry rooms. We always had enough hot water for all the showers. The amount of outside seating on all floors was a nice touch. Pool on top was very cool. The spaciousness kept it relaxed. Beautiful appointments. Great location near the water. It was very impressive and felt more like a home than a house.

Had a perfect family vacation. The house was spectacular and being right on the beach was ideal, especially with little kids. The team is very responsive, helpful and kind. This house was great. It had everything you could ask for, the kitchen living room was great for everyone to gather for a meal or just hang out while everyone was cooking. The 2 bedrooms with king size bed and 1 single bed were great for our kids that have little ones of their own that are to small to stay in a room by rained one day but the lower level where the garage was had garage doors that opened front to back so the kids could play corn hole , ping pong ,ride bikes and more. Sunsets and sunrises were just beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We were lucky enough to rent this home for 2 weeks in September 21. The home itself is very comfortable with everything we needed as a family of 12. We cooked nearly every meal and had all we needed for that. The beach was beyond perfect with it's squeaky sand and powdery feel. We say dolphins, stingrays, and more right at the home. The beds were remarkably comfortable and the management company was highly available and willing to help. You will not be disappointed.
