The parking level is so high... and it would be better if owner provides some mineral water

The lift was suck ! Stay at 27th floor. Only 1 lift can use out of 4 lift.

the house is clean with nice beach view. My family very satisfied 💯

The management of the residence. The lift elevator very slow, have to wait for almost 40minutes since we are from 34th floor 😅 and the parking card that we received from the owner cannot be use & have to deal with the parking management. lot of work need to settle for the card parking

location, spacious

not properly clean, kuaci skins on the floor, spider webs at the corners of the house, old sofa(black n red color) where it sunk when we sit on it. my daughter sat on it n sunk into the sofa, experience some pain at her buttock for few days

Lift only one ok, no WiFi. No entertainment ie TV. Parking far away, Air-conditioning not functioning at master bedroom, complaint but no feedback

I like the cleanlines and the comfortable space for sleeping and relaxing

Not convenient for travellers with more than a car. No addn parkinf space and no addn gate pass to emtsr into residence parking lot. It's troublesome and cost addn money to pay for the mall parking.

Location was strategic and superb view of the Malacca straights.

Collecting the keys from mailbox were late , at about 3.30-3.40pm although was told check in at 3pm and should be out by at 11am, later changed to 12pm which was a bit confusing. I really didn't like the late check in as was travelling with small children and we were tired. Kettle had some electrical problems, close to water supply, very dangerous. Sofa bed in living room quite dirty, pillows also quite dirty. Would be better to upgrade to a proper sofa/couch or with sofa cover for protection and hygiene reasons. Infront of one of bathroom, there was no bathroom doormat so it was quite slippery, just thought it was basic stuff to have. Would be nice to have some complimentary mineral/drinking water (just small ones would be enough) as we were thirsty upon arrival.
