The house is absolutely beautiful! The view from every room amazing! The only issue was the pool looked like it had sand in it but the family was enjoying it regardless!

Our family of 11 spanning three generations had an incredible week at Villa Fantome, celebrating two birthdays and our annual vacation. Gabi and her husband, the owners, were exceptionally attentive from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and providing valuable tips through the property directory for exploring beautiful Sint Maarten.
The villa's breathtaking views from every level and tranquil ambiance made it the perfect retreat. It's by far the best-stocked rental we've experienced, with every detail considered, including pantry items left by previous guests—a thoughtful touch that minimized waste.
Daryl, the house manager, was like family to us, warmly welcoming us and promptly addressing any needs. He even cut fresh coconuts from the front yard, a highlight for the kids who also enjoyed catching hermit crabs just outside the door at night.
Navigating the island posed a challenge initially with our original transportation company, but Daryl quickly introduced us to Wilfrid, who became our trusted guide. Wilfrid's familiarity with the island's roads and his warm personality made every journey safe and enjoyable. His local insights added depth to our exploration.
Our first trip to Sint Maarten was a hit with the whole family, creating cherished memories and a longing to return. Villa Fantome and its hosts made our vacation truly special. We’re already planning our next visit!

Villa Fantome was the most beautiful home, on the inside as well as the outside. The views are stunning, the infinity pool is just perfect and the sea breeze was fabulous!
The inside of the home is beautifully decorated and the supplies provided from coffee to ziplock bags to so many other items too numerous to mention, were most appreciated! We were also so thankful for the souvenir beach bags and the fresh flowers.
Thank you Gabi for the excellent communication! You made planning this trip so much easier. Thank you Daryl for the escort to the Villa and the many other behind the scenes care you provided.
My family were all so very happy to spend their vacation at such a gorgeous home. We would love to return in the future.

Our group of 12 were so excited to walk through the door of this beautiful property after many months of planning. The house fit our needs perfectly, 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom worked well for our 6 couples. Dinners with tons of laughs around the huge kitchen island. Yoga in the livingroom one morning, coffee and a book on the balcony taking in the magnificent view. Many of our group got up early most morning to check out the sunrises. The few questions we had were answered quickly by Gabi and Daryl. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks for having us.

Our group of 11 had an absolute amazing time here! The house was clean and just as pictured, the house manager and cleaning crew did a wonderful job whenever we were away for the day! Felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed local restaurants. Will say the road traveling to the French side was pretty rough, but very minor detail! A great trip all around!

For context, I am also a host, and travel frequently and almost always stay in STR. This is one of the best, if not the best property I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The property looks exactly like the photos. There is nothing you could need or want that has not been thought of in this home. We cooked almost daily and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make wonderful meals. The bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, great water pressure and stunning views from each and every one. The whole place is meticulously thought out at every step and immaculately clean. The pool is absolutely perfect and the view is just magical. We walked down to Dawn beach just below the house one day, spent one day at Anse Marcel and another at Orient Bay. Somehow each beach even prettier than the last. We chartered a boat with CaptainJo and went to Anguilla one day, which I highly recommend. We did chef services with Fabulous Feasts for brunch 2 morning and dinner with chef Romaine one evening. We love having a chef come to the home on our trips and these 2 did not disappoint. Darryl was incredibly helpful and available at all times to ensure we our trip was excellent. Gabi was super responsive and gave us all the amazing recommendations we used to make our trip memorable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing stay at Villa Fantome! We had a great balance of enjoying the luxuries of the villa and exploring the island. We did a private boat charter which allowed us to visit Pinel and other remote islands at St Martin. We hired a steel drum band one evening and we had more fun and laughs than we ever could have imagined. We had a couple cars so we made some trips to some beaches and dinner as well. When we were at the villa we took advantage of all the beautiful rooms and their views— swimming, dancing, playing cards. The only thing that went wrong was the internet went out one of our last evenings and the men were disappointed they missed the NCAA basketball games. But just as Gabi mentioned, the property manager was there on the spot trying his best to remedy the problem. Gabi and the Villa staff go above and beyond to be sure you have a great vacation!

Beautiful home with incredible views! Large and spacious for a big family of 12+1 child. Incredible hospitality and very responsive to questions! Loved the location with walk to Dawn beach and the new JW Marriott. Loved the views with my nespresso on the balcony every morning. Also watched a hummingbird outside of the kitchen window. Beautiful!

We spent 8 beautiful days in this gorgeous villa with stunning views from every room. Short stroll to Dawn Beach taking in the beautiful scenery. Pool overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. Definitely would go back!!! Property manager was super attentive and owner was quick to respond. We arrived feeling most welcomed and at home. All the special touches made it amazing.

We really enjoyed the beautiful Villa Fantome. It met our expectations & more. It’s spacious & luxurious. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view of the ocean was just breathtaking. The beach was about 8 minute walk. Daryl is an amazing property manager. We appreciated his excellent customer service & his friendly personality. He went above & beyond to make sure we were happy.

Twelve of us spent a week to celebrate a 50th. Our only disappointment was saying goodbye and closing the door. There are no negatives. It is amazing.

House on dawn beach was outstanding, clean and they thought of everything! Towels, beach towels, kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. Pool area and outdoor seatings areas were amazing, views incredible.
Dawn beach has a beach club below (soon to be a JW Marriott) and we had access to all their amenities.
Driving distance to French side and orient bay were 20 min, Simpson bay also 25 min so location perfect to see the island.
Daryl the caretaker was super, kept in touch on what’s app and helped coordinate drivers.
Gabi the owner was so thoughtful, helped with all beach chair and lunch and dinner reservations and even the grocery deliveries.
Would highly recommend, suited our families very well, we were 3 adults and 6 older teenagers!

Wonderful vacation home! Lots of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens and supplies. We wish the pool was heated as it doesn’t get any sun. We never used it. Would also love a hot tub

The view here is unparalleled. House is wonderfully constructed and maintained. Owner and manager are extremely nice and helpful. Our group had ages 90 to 5 and all loved the house for different reasons.

This was a wonderful property with gorgeous views! We had a group of friends and family staying for my wife’s 40th and the house worked great for our needs.
The rooms were all very nice with large beds as described. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The island was great for gathering around. The pool was a bit chilly, but great on the warmer days. We had several dinners on the long outside table that were perfect.
The beach was close, but recommend taking a car part of the way especially if you have kids. This house is in a pretty good location for access to the French side of the island.
Daryl, the property manager, was on the ball. He always responded quickly to all our needs. Gabi provided a great island guide prior to our arrival that we appreciated during our stay.
The only con, and we knew this at booking, was there were parts of the house that weren’t exactly baby/toddler friendly: some not very wide steps leading to the top floor, some places that could have used something simply to block access, and the edge of the infinity pool had quite the drop. These did not detract from our awesome time!

Our week at Villa Fantome was amazing. Gabi made the reservation and check-in process seamless, and Daryl the property manager made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The villa itself was stunning; beautifully decorated with breathtaking ocean views from every room. There were ten of us with plenty of space for all. The pool was the perfect temperature and our favorite hang-out spot (and the views, wow!) Sint Maarten is on the quiet side, so transportation is a must if you want to hit the best beaches and activities. We hired a driver for the week which was perfect. He dropped us off and picked us up and taught us everything about the island while doing so. We had a chef come in for three nights which was awesome because no restaurant can compare to the ambiance of the villa. The island itself has so many beautiful beaches, it was hard to pick a favorite but that would probably be Anse Marcel because the restaurant there is off the charts. Our only complaint was the unrelenting mosquitos (or no-see-ums, not sure what they were but they were ruthless). Highly recommend using extra strength repellent because the deet-free organic one did not work. Still, this was one of our favorite trips for sure (7th time as a group) and we would love to come back, especially to Fantome. Can't recommend this villa enough!

Villa Fantome/St. Maarten was absolutely a dream vacation. My entire family (8-78 years old) loved the house. Luxury spacious clean villa with spectacular views and all the comforts needed for a true vacation. Clean. Very nice spacious luxurious bedrooms. Awesome kitchen with amenities. Great entertainment room. Infinity pool. Did I mention spectacular views throughout? Great host service from Gabi and Daryl. Definitely recommend.

We had 5 couples in our group for a week stay in May. The house was so spacious and clean. We had plenty of different hang out spaces. And the view was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which is awesome! I really can’t say enough good things. Everything was seamless from booking to leaving. Highly recommend. We had Chef Romain cook for us, and that was awesome! We also used a transportation service while there. Patrick at Silverline Transportation is fabulous! Highly recommend as well!

We recently rented the home for 11 adults and it was more than spacious enough for everyone. The place was spotless when we arrived and the communication was instant with the manager. The home is very close to the beach but we didn’t even end up heading down there with how nice the pool was. The home was everything we could’ve asked for and we would love to stay there again the next time we’re on the island.

Villa Fantome is a fantastic villa in St. Martin. Everything about the experience was 5 stars for us.
Before our trip, Gabi provided all the information we needed and was very helpful. The local property manager met us at the rental car office to ensure we got to the villa.
The villa itself is better in person than in the photos. There are so many little touches that make Villa Fantome more than a rental. It is a luxury vacation.
My family enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the deck all day. Walking down to the beach is very easy, but you can make it a two-minute drive down the street as well.
We also enjoyed having Chef Romain cook several dinners, which was great because we didn't want to leave the villa.
If you have a large family trip planned or several couples and you want to enjoy a trip to paradise, Villa Fantome will exceed your expectations.

I can't say anything more positive about this property other than BOOK IT. The location is just heavenly. There are so many wonderful places at the house for families/groups to gather and be together but also others to easily find their places of solace. Everything you have thought you needed is already at the house. Gabi the owner makes you feel more like her personal houseguest than a vrbo contact. She checked on us during our stay a number of times and was so kind and simply wonderful. The property manager on the island, Daryl was the man on the spot, always willing to answer questions or help coordinate transportation when we needed it a few times. Again, I cannot say enough of the beauty and serenity of this house and location. I miss it a lot already!

Our group of 8 had a 5 star trip. From the property manager Daryl meeting us at the car rental agency to the communication with Gabi!! The house is beautifully laid out and the views are endless. Gabi even called to check on us when the was an earthquake! Captain Jo boats tours was also a wonderful recommendation and we had a wonderful time!! Look forward to coming back again!!

Beautiful and clean villa that is well-decorated, fully stocked and comfortably fit all 11 guests (bathrooms in each bedroom a plus!). Located in a safe and gated community with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. The villa owner, Gabi was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire planning process. Would highly recommend to a group looking to relax and enjoy all that St. Maarten has to offer!

The house is absolutely amazing, 5 stars all the way. The process, from booking to checkout was a seamless high end luxury experience. Darrel was very helpful in getting us set up and when the propane ran out during breakfast he had it switched in less than 15 minutes. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a short drive to Orient Beach where you can enjoy the most amazing beach days. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It has a great view and house is very clean. The pool does not have heating so water was bit cold to go in. But overall very well maintain house.

A superb property in a gated community. Everything was perfect. All the recommendations we received were excellent. Great communication with host and Daryl the property manager. You always wonder if the pictures are accurate. The villa exceeded all expectations.

We rented this property for a group of couples. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean, beautiful views, impeccable communication and so relaxing! I would recommend this property to anyone. The beach area was beautiful and easy to access. Villa Fantome exceeded our expectations.

Our group had a phenomenal time at Dawn Beach estates! In the lead up to the trip, we were provided with excellent customer service, as Gabi did a great job responding to our many questions and was very helpful with accommodations for our group. She also provided a very detailed welcome manual that outlined any information that we needed to schedule excursions and other activities on the island.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Darryl (great guy) and provided an amazing/informative tour of the Villa. And the Villa was exactly as expected, very beautiful, clean, and near the beach.
All in all, our entire trip was amazing - our group had a wonderful time and we truly enjoyed this stunning Villa. We're definitely planning on returning!
