There is a sofa bed in the kitchen that can be used as an extra bed and to be able to use it you have to pay 10,00 euro extra for linen in the case of use of the crib guest must bring the sheet for the child. The free and payd beach is a few minute walk from the house like the pool. you have to consider that is not a private pool. You have to pay an extra fee per day for the acces to the pool on site.

Your document is necessary to comply with the Italian law on hospitality by the Airbnb website. The accomodation is a few minutes walk from public transport ( train, boat, hydroplane ) and is well connected with Milano, Como, Lecco, Sondrio/Tirano, Lugano.
