What a gem of a place and neighborhood! Hosts are helpful and responsive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was absolutely perfect for us just a few doors down from our daughter's apartment in the same neighborhood of Roscoe Village. This apartment is clean, bright, and well-furnished, and really convenient in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jon is a fabulous host who made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The bonus? He owns the awesome wine bar right downstairs - perfect for this family of wine lovers to start our visit off just right. The neighborhood is great, too, filled with lots of independent shops, restaurants and bars, and convenient to the city, too. We even walked to Wrigley Field for a game! We definitely will be back.

Many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Very nice area. Parking on side streets with in easy walking district.
Some street noise heard at night. Not a problem for us, we live on a busy street.
Black out curtains or shades would be nice in the front bedroom off the living room.
Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

Great neighborhood, plenty to do, plentiful restaurants. Nice walk to ballpark through wonderful neighborhoods. Apartment was as advertised, very comfortable, great amenities. Host was spectacular. Volo restaurant, Kitsch’n on Roscoe, and The Bakehouse were spectacular.

We loved our stay here! Jon was responsive and very accommodating, both leading up to and during our stay. Roscoe Village is a cool little neighborhood, and this property is in the heart of it all.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The photos don’t capture how cute the unit is and how centralized it is in the Roscoe neighborhood. It’s also a short walk to the train and downtown Chicago. Would stay here again!

Unbelievable time in Chicago. RV was convenient to everything we had planned. We walked to wrigley, took the train to various neighborhoods and even whipped those Uber scooters around. Jon was an amazing host and the coffee shop across the street had the best cinnamon buns

The neighborhood was beautiful, I wish I could live there. Gas station across the street was very handy. The parks nearby also kept my toddler busy. I love the living room window. I spend my time there watching tv. Felt like I was in NYC

Enjoyed the chicago neighborhood. Walked to coffee shops, shopping , thrifting, brunch, dinner and upscale wine bar. So much fun. A 20.00 Lyft ride to Michigan Ave.

Loved the location ! The place was great beautiful decorating and loved Roscoe village ! This village had cute boutique stores and beautiful restaurants!
We were there for my sons baby shower, who lives there and will be using this apt again ! Jon was helpful when my daughter in law was having trouble getting into the apt and everything was handled smoothly and quickly !

This was a tremendous home base for our family gathering- easily fit 4 adults with space to relax and spread out. Location was perfect- a beautiful 30 minute walk to Wrigley field, with dozens of dining and drinking establishments within walking distance. Jon was a tremendous communicator and made himself available if need be. We’d definitely stay again!

This is a very comfortable space. Lots of natural light. Jon was great and was there when we arrived. Easy access to bus and train so no car needed. We will stay there again when we go back for a visit.

My husband and our two teenagers and I spent a week in Chicago in early August, staying at Sopra Volo for 7 nights. We were in town for a family wedding, and also to escape the Texas heat. While I can't give credit to the owners for the weather, everything else about our stay was lovely. It's a very good apartment and wonderfully located in a sweet neighborhood. We did not rent a car, opting to take mass transit everywhere, and borrowing a car from family in town on only one occasion. We also did a good bit of cooking in the apartment and found it well-stocked with cooking tools. While sharing a bathroom with two teens was a bit tricky, having a separate bedroom for our daughter was priceless. There was no noise from the restaurant below, or any other unit. The place is very nice without being pretentious. We were able to get to a bus in about a minute and the El in about 7 or 8 minutes. At the end of a day of sightseeing and knocking about one of our favorite cities, it was great to come "home" to a lovely apartment and unwind. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was accurately listed regarding its location. The appearance and amenities of the property was also great. The property was clean and well-maintained. Over all I was satisfied and would the property as excellent.

This was an awesome place to stay! It was in a great area with lots of nice people, close to public transportation . The owner was super nice to work with. He even gave us an extremely detailed map to get to the unit from the train walking and using public transportation. We were there for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and it went right by the place. When we told him that, he even put out a water cooler for the walkers! Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay in Roscoe Village was great it's a cute quite place. The stay above Volo was very nice. The owner was so on top of things. Made sure we had keys & all the necessary information for our stay. The apt was clean & stocked with linens. We enjoyed hanging out all in one place with our family. We were very pleased & happy we found this place to stay. If in Chicago again we would absolutely rent this apt again. Thanks Jon!

Loved everything about this place! Being from Chicago, it was the first time we rented instead of staying with family and we could not have been more pleased. Jon, I appreciated you making the place look festive for Christmas but the stocking hangers on the mantle were a special touch and sincerely appreciated! When the airline lost (& found) one of our bags on Christmas Eve, property manager Kathleen was so helpful and willing to be available for the delivery. Anytime we had questions, she was friendly, informative & professional. The place itself, where to begin? Great location, their wine bar downstairs and breakfast/lunch place across the street were wonderful! Bathroom was comfortable, plenty of towels & nice amenities. Nice to have movies & games already there. Easy parking & close to the train for our downtown excursions. Very relaxed vibe. Our whole family has decided that this will be our go-to place from now on. Next visit will be in the summer when I know Roscoe Village comes alive with activity. Thanks for creating such a nice, clean & family-friendly environment. Look for future reservations from us! The Garcia Family

Loved the town of Roscoe Village! The local restaurants and shops were what put it over the top. Great staff and food. Close to train and lovely homes. The property was comfortable and the owners were more than accomodating. Very nice. Would stay there again!
