**Review for Our VRBO Stay**
We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The neighborhood was cute, nice, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a great pool and spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and amenities provided. The host was quick to respond and very friendly, making the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a very relaxing fathers day weekend. Aside from the "Karens" next door everything was perfect. Trish is a great hostess and will try her very best to make your stay a good one. Thank you Trish!

Very nice place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable! The pool and spa were nice to have for our family. The owner was very responsive on questions I had and very helpful.

We came down with a couple of friends to get away from the cold of Alaska. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was heated and ready to go when we arrived. Check in and out was very simple. House had all the amenities needed. Just a quick trip to the grocery store ( less than 5 minutes away).
Would definitely go back there again.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to hiking trails and had a bike/walking path around the development that was so convenient for walking my dogs who were with me on the trip. Hot tub was nice. We had the pool heated for a few days and it was warm but the weather cold & rainy so we didn’t really use the pool. The location was good for me, close to family, but may not be ideal for someone looking to be where there’s lots of action but it’s great if you want a local to enjoy sunshine and outdoors. The host was very helpful and always responsive.

This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious for small family. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed by all. Slight issue with some smells from a neighbor so I had to keep my kids inside during certain times, especially mornings. I did inform the property manager because that was a little frustrating, she went out of her to contact the neighbor and apologized to us, but unfortunately it did not help the situation so instead we adjusted our backyard and pool use times frames.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Trish was so nice and professional; very quick to respond with excellent details. The pool and spa were amazing! The home is kept up very well and was super clean. It was nice to have so many cooking supplies so we could make family meals. The location is perfect; close to several stores and restaurants. The neighborhood has a great walking trail and nice families. Thanks again!

This house was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals, cozy couches, comfortable beds, great pool, and in a very nice neighborhood.
Trish is an excellent communicator who made us feel welcome and at home! She went above and beyond any other host we have ever dealt with in our many years of travel.
I highly recommend renting this house!

The house came fully stocked. We parked in the garage. Pool was amazing. Sleeping arrangements were private and bathrooms more than ample. Great walking paths adjacent to the property. Neighbors friendly and quiet. We will be back.

We stay at Tricia’s property for one week. House was better than expected, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was a blast and beds were comfortable.
Property is located north Phoenix close to I-17, Walmart is about 2 miles.
My whole family enjoyed the house and they all agreed how pretty it was. We will definitely will look to stay here again in all future trips to Phoenix.
Highly recommended.

This is a great location. The house is a good space, plus the pool and spa are added bonuses. Trish was awesome and was always very responsive.

The pictures accurately describe the property, yet it was so much better than we expected. The home had every item we needed and was well thought-out. We appreciate that the host treated us like adults, entrusting us with their beautiful home. We really felt like they were intentional about making our vacation memorable instead of seeing us as a short-term renter. We left another property early because of how the host treated us. This host and property more than made up for the poor experience from the previous host. We highly recommend this property.

Ladies Tennis Tournament

I am not sure how a VRBO experience can go any better than this. The property is exactly as described and Trish the manager is an excellent communicator. You can tell she cares since a lot of effort had been put in to make sure it looked good and was well stocked before we arrived.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Clean and extremely homey feeling being here. Everything was supplied as stated and they loved the pool. Communication with Trish was phenomenal. When I am back in the Phoenix area I will definitely be staying again.

The house was very well kept. The host, Trish was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and all the pool toys! We will definitely come back again if we are heading to Pheonix.

Great Stay
The house was very well kept. The host, Trish was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and all the pool toys! We will definitely come back again if we are heading to Pheonix.
