Location is number one very near the market where I can buy fresh goods, the grocery store, and the mall. Rhez the staff was so kind to get me check in so fast. There is already toiletries and welcome snacks ready for me in such a short notice. Thank you.

This property has set a new standard for me and makes all my previous 5-star ratings feel unworthy. I have never in my 15 years of using Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip.com, Agoda.com, etc, found a place so satisfying in all this time. Rhez was amazing, attentive as usual, but beyond that, her ability to make a home-away-from-home feel like an actual home--one where I actually WANT to cook in the kitchen--far exceeds that of others I've stayed at. The location is awesome, and quiet, across the street are a few restaurants, and a grocery store. It's easy to access for taxis and grabs and has a really lovely layout. I love Cebu City so much, and after finding this place I already planned to return, but really want to rent this place again, as it's just simply too perfect. Btw, I am 186 cm tall, and require a lot of space due to my size. As such I felt the square meterage was perfect, and the furniture, decor, and amenities were beyond standard fare for usual stays in units like this. You will have no issues having what you need at your disposal.

I used this place for working remote graveyard shifts for a couple of weeks, and as I work in the video game industry, I'm spoiled with standing desks and comfortable ergonomic gaming chairs. Sitting on a hard chair is something I had to work around for 8 hours a night, but all in all, is a small issue in the face of so much comfort. I know, poor me. Otherwise, I literally have no complaints. And I kind of had to think hard about what I didn't like because the pros far exceed any perceived cons.
