This apartment was perfect. They were so accommodating as my flight was delayed and I didn't get to Cascais until midnight. Kim met me there and even helped me with my bags. They arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and took me and my friends to our places. It was a great experience!!

Everything was great

Small but cozy, good bed and bathroom, quiet neighborhood. Vineyard trail access nearby. Cascais downtown-1 mile distance. Staff responds quickly when we had questions.

At. the arrival trash and dishwasher were still dirty, but staff took trash away. Coffee machine is the Italian on the stove “percolator”. “Microwave” is the steam convection oven, don’t put plastic in it. AC also has a trick to operate, ask staff if you can’t figure it out.

The design of the flat is nice. It has all necessary amenities. All things there are of a good quality. It matches the photos. Wi-fi is also good. There is a space to work if needed.

The apartment was dusty, so the cleaning needs to be improved. The hosts also left us just one capsule for washing machine and one for the dishwasher which was not enough for 2 people for 5 days. So we had to buy whole packs. The flat is located a bit far from the center and it’s up on the hill.

Everything was clean, new and worked as it should. Nice compact apartment but with plenty of space and well presented.

Loved everything although the bed and pillows were a little hard but otherwise it was great.
