This place is a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. A balcony overlooking the city. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment - there’s even a gym you can use in the building! Central location with everything nearby. Easy to access/self check in. John was a great host replying to any questions I had. I will definitely stay again.

in the middle of DT close from everything ! place is super clean. communication was easy with the owner . highly recommended!

The location was excellent, close to public transport, Robson street and great restaurant Earls next door. Also only a bus ride to gas town and the steam clock, the Vancouver viewing platform, or the other direction for Granville market and the false creek ferries. We did not go to the gym in the building. They supply laundry soap & dryer sheets, for the washer & dryer, soap for dishwasher, tissues and paper towels. IGA is around the corner and across the next street, as well as many places to eat and shop. Overall it does need some improvements but a great location.we also took a bus to Stanley park and the Aquarium.

The address was different than what was confirmed on booking.com. We were sent to apt. 1232 at 933 Hornsby St. which they said was better but it made me feel uncomfortable. They need better instructions for access to building , garbage room compactor and elevator, they all need key fob to access. Not enough cutlery, no salad bowl, and no sharp knives. The balcony needs cleaning and only has 1 chair. Ants In bathroom small brown ones on vanity top, and possibly very small cockroaches only saw 4 of them. Should be treated for pests before it gets worse. There is a T.V. but no channels to watch? Also only 1 wash cloth they need to supply more. Really missed not having tea bags, sugar and coffee that other places supplied.

Great location, close to St Pauls hospital, grocery store.

Kitchen could be better equipped, some wall art and room accents would make the apartment cozier, especially during those dreary Vancouver days.

The location is excellent. It is in downtown - a lot of restaurants and shops.

The address on booking.com is a fake address which does not exist. Thanks to the taxi driver who made the call to the owner and got the correct address. I had to get to a place to get wifi to check booking messages sent from the owner - last minute change about how to get into the apartment. All looks ok but found other people's hair in the bed - very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and clean apartment right in the center of downtown Vancouver, very big with a lot of space, nice view. Easy to communicate with the host :) The kitchen is well equipped - has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, electronic (induction) stove, an electronic kettle, and a variety Of dishes.

The kitchen doesn't have basic ingredients like sugar, tea, coffee, salt, etc. There is no iron

Location was within walking distance of all of downtown.

Not much to dislike.
