We had an amazing time and our group has stayed in this condo as repeat guests for 7 straight years. The condo is roomy and furniture and beds are very comfortable. Tower 4 also has the best access to the lifestyle center and it’s easy to have Amazon deliveries sent directly to the front door. Hostess is attentive and wonderful in making sure the check in process is easy. It also comes with two covered parking spots in the tower.

Wonderful Condo!
Nice and spacious condo. Owner was in contact with me from the moment I booked. Owner made sure that we had everything we needed and provided a way to communicate with them directly during our stay, though we didn't have any issues. The condo has amazing views of both the ocean and bay. Kitchen is well stocked. You won't be disappointed to stay in this condo.

Portofino is BEAUTIFUL
We were sincerely impressed with the Portofino property! It is absolutely beautiful. We loved that this condo has views of both the sound and the Gulf. We also utilized the restaurant in the pool area many times and the food was awesome! Drinks were even better! :)
There were a couple minor imperfections in the condo but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. One of the sinks in the bathroom wouldn't drain making it difficult to use so we just utilized a different one. We also could not get the tv in the Master bedroom to work, although that could have been user error. We did appreciate that there were beach toys that our kids could play with so we didnt have to buy any!

Carly was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The views are amazing. The location is perfect. The amenities are top notch. We paid for the adventure package that Portofino offered and it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay here again.

My dream vacation
To me, the Portofino is a little slice of heaven. I have been traveling here every fall for the past 11 years. I have stayed in most of the towers. I prefer the location of tower 1 and 3 since they are closer to the beach but I really enjoyed tower 4 this past trip as it made be explore and enjoy the main pools at the lifestyle center more, I love to swim laps and usually use the indoor pool until I figured out the larger outdoor pool is 40 yards long which was great! This unit was one of my favorites. It was huge and comfortable and very well decorated with plenty of comfortable couch space, which is important with a group of 8.

Fall Break
We had a great time staying in this 3 bedroom unit. It is facing west so we got to see amazing sun sets from the balcony. This was our first time staying in early October and the resort was much less busy than in the summer months.

We could not have asked for a more family friendly condo. We had something going on every night until we checked out my husband was I'll so we did not get to stay as much as we thought but the views were spectacular and we cannot say enough about this condo.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at the Portofino. Slice of Paradise was wonderful, the kitchen is fully equip with everything you need. The beds are all very comfortable and accommodated our family of 8 very nicely. The views are AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

A Family Friendly Condo
This condo provided our family with the comfiest beds and two cribs for our babies! The rollaway cot even had a plush foam mattress for our toddler. We couldn't have asked for a better stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs (crock pot, full set of nice cookware, blender, large pots for big meals, plenty of plates, and lots of glassware). The decor is family friendly and most of all the seating on the balcony for the killer sunset views! We can't wait to come back and vacation in this unit. The owners are so easy to communicate with and are always quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose during our stay. Just can't say enough about this Slice of Heaven. We will be back!

Fantastic Vacation Place!
This unit was one of the very best we have stayed in during all of our years taking Portofino vacations. It was everything we were expecting and more. Carly was outstanding to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. And knowing the Portofino properties and exposures like we do, I think this unit has one of the very best views of both the beach and the sound. Heaven on Earth!
This place could not be more relaxing and beautiful! Enjoy the INCREDIBLE views from the wrap around porch, complete with adirondack chairs, a pinic table and grilling area. Slice of Heaven is by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have visited. The owners have spared no expense when it comes to decor and comfort for their guests. The mattresses are SO comfortable, and the bedding in every room is clean and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for a meal in after a long day on the crystal clear, white sand beaches of the gulf. The service at the entire resort was 5 star! Carly, the owner, gave us great recommendations on restaurants and was at our disposal with any questions we had during our stay. We will be returning to this gem, for sure!

The condo was great! Spacious, clean with good views!
Our two families had a wonderful time! 3 bedrooms were perfect and loved having our own bathroom in each bedroom along with nice sized closets. Our only minor issues were with the cable not working too well and the dishwasher not working every time it ran. But, we loved everything else and enjoyed our time very much! The balcony gives great views and inside the condo accommodated all of us perfectly, including our 4 small kids. We would love to return to this condo!

Great for a girl’s getaway!
We had an excellent experience at this condo and the overall resort during our girl’s getaway. The condo was beautiful and had excellent views of the water and island. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire place was very clean. We had seven ladies and had plenty of space with the 3 rooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. We also enjoyed using the amenities at the resort and the staff members were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Sisters & cousins (11 of us girls) ...we all had a wonderful week at Portofino. The condo, Tower 4 Unit 1107, was wonderful and the weather was fabulous. Our view overlooking the gulf was beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking .

We love the Emerald Coast and Portofino, and this was not our first stay at the resort, but it WAS by far our favorite thus far. This condo has THE most comfortable beds. You could stare at the views of the beach and bay for hours and the condo is perfectly positioned for a fantastic sunset. The owners have the kindest hearts and were available within minutes if we had any questions. We had plenty of room to spread out with our three kids (2, 4, and 11) and nurse, and the added crib and cot ended up being a bonus when all the kids bunked with us for a few nights. Other than the expansive wrap-around balcony area, my favorite spot was definitely the oversized chairs in the living room. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with great amenities and awesome views, look no further. Happy shelling!

It was like we had the ocean all to ourselves. SO peaceful, roomy, and calm.
WHERE do I start? When you cross the bridge into Pensacola, you can see right away that it's a fun beach with lots of cute restaurants and shops, but Portofino Resort is passed all the commotion.
The road up to the gate is lined with TONS of gorgeous palm trees. When you pull up to the gate, you realize that this is an UPSCALE resort. The gate staff were all smiles, had our name-printed key cards ready, and once they gave us our parking pass and pointed us in the right direction, we were on our way! The reserved spaces are super convenient. NO trodding over hot pavement to get to a car that's been baking in the sun.
Carly was super cool about checking on us to make sure our entry was seamless, recommending restaurants, and the like. That level of care didn't go unnoticed.
My husband and my mom both commented that the grounds reminded them of a Disney Park. I think what they meant is that the landscaping/brick drives/bright architecture lend themselves to that manicured/fantasy vibe.
The first thing that struck me was that there were double doors leading into the condo. As in, two, giant doors that opened up into a lovely entry foyer. The roominess has to be one of my favorite parts of this condo.
At one point, we had EIGHT people sleeping comfortably, and we didn't use the pull-outs or crib.
Not to sound miserly, but even if we had stayed at a budget hotel, to have beds for THAT many people wouldn't have cost what we paid for this place per night...and this was UPSCALE.
The MAJOR thing is the view and the patio. I've never had a view like that in my life. Every room had floor to ceiling windows! We could see beaches all around us. The sunset was amazing, to say the least. I'm one of those who likes to focus on that bit between the sky and the sea that goes on forever. To drink my coffee staring at it every morning was so peaceful.
The kitchen was just as good as everyone else here has said. The linens and mattresses were super comfy (and I'm picky).
And my last really important mention I would like to make is how close all the pools and the beach were. The sand was soooo clean, and there was a pool everywhere you turned LOL. But yeah, It was so nice to go back to the room easily. Especially since we had a toddler in tow.
Book it y'all. This place is cozy, clean, and worth way more than we paid.

A took my work team of 4 women for a week of team building and your place was spectacular. I've stayed at other condos at Portofino but the size of your condo was fantastic! We especially appreciated 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, all of which were super comfy! The view was spectacular and every evening was scheduled around that sunset. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I have one review but I am happy to say again that we had a great time!! The unit at tower 4 unit 1107 met every need we had. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath. A wonderful view!! The resort could not have been more cooperative. We had family from Texas that rented a house in Navarre, but with our consent were able to join us for fellowship and meals. We would highly recommend this rental.
