Lovely, quiet place in a very convenient location, short walk to the metro station. Excellent facilities, modern fittings, and the garden is definitely a bonus.

It is overlooked by tall buildings from all sides and pedestrian pavement is only partly available to reach the main road.

The reason I booked the property was the included parking place. At arrival I was told by the host the two available parking lots belong to other apartments in the same house and I am not allowed to use them. The parking lots were empty so I talked to the people living in those apartments and kindly asked them if I can use one of the parking lots since they do not have a car. They agreed but the host did not. Both parking lots stayed empty for three days… I had to park my car 500m away from the apartment because parking on the street in front of the house was not possible. On top of everything, the last night of our stay around 3 AM someone tried to enter the apartment and woke us up.

Maria is a charming and helpful host. Urban house is in a convenient location close to a metro station.

Near where we wanted to be. Very clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable All amenities except iron and board.

Floor in shower room very slippery and stepping out onto the tiles a bit difficult when wet .

I had a problem when parking on the street. there were no empty seats.

The host greeted us in person. Nice gazebo sitting in the house backyard.
