the ground floor apartment smelled musty. bed sheets were short. For the price paid indecent. Reused breakfast tablecloths

We stayed here for 5 days, the room was clean, big with kitchenette and balcony. the pool was clean and we enjoyed staying there. the breakfast was tasty with a variety of dishes. We felt like we were in a small village because of the way they build the buildings. The personal was kind and helped us with everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back.

Rooms not cleaned during stay, this apparently is their policy Reception said only 3 things done daily: towels changed, beds made & bins emptied. We were only there for 5 days but if you were there for 2 weeks still no actual cleaning would be done - no floors washed, toilets not cleaned, bath/shower/wash basin not cleaned, no dusting or wiping of surfaces. Nothing would be done until you leave so although it's clean for the next guests, you don't get any of these things done while you're there.

the cleaning ladies were shouting and arguing the whole time both in the afternoon and in the morning. One of them just opened our door at 08.30 in the morning while we were sleeping and rushed in the room in the morgning that we was gonna check out at 1200..... when i gave a feedback to the reception manager about the shouts and that they came in while we were sleeping his answer was " thats because our staff is passionate with their work!" . Of course i didnt answer to him....

Location is superb if you're not planning to leave the hotel on foot too often

Room (specifically the sofa and armchair) constantly heavily smelled of damp. Kitchenette could have definitely used a frying pan

Great location, walking distance to the city center, shops, restaurants. Large room, really clean and well equipped. Housekkeping staff very friendly and polite.

When we arrived, there was a man at the reception desk not very friendly, but his women colleague was nice and explained everything to us. When leaving, again some man at the reception desk - I said :"I would like to check out". His response: OK and that was it....It´s maybe a small thing, but some questions would be nice.... for example: "How was your stay? Was everything OK? Will you come again?" or "Thank you for your visit"... I have traveled and worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years and and this is the only thing that immediately got my attention on an otherwise flawless stay. Maybe you should train the reception staff better....but again - this was the only thing that bothered me ... maybe the gentlemen didn't have their day?

The village - several small condo-type houses - looked awesome. The reception place looks luxurious, as is the swimming pool. The hotel is not that far from the airport. The room has everything - fridge, kettle, dishes, cuttlery, cooking plates, journal table, TV, kitchen table and several chairs.

There was no water in the room, not even a tea or a coffee bag, for a 4star-hotel not so ok. On the HB (half-pansion) you do not get even free water at dinner! You pay for anything you drink at the restaurant, including water! The staff at the restaurant was awfully trained for customer service. Gathering in 3-4 people in the middle of the restaurant and talking during the dinner, walking, standing with sloppy posture. Walking aimlessly around the tables where people dine - making circles in other words around the tables. In other words - incompetent, untrained, rude. In the end of October it was impossible to swim at the beach. On the left side of the mall - black sea grass all over the place; on the right side- rocks. We had to travel to the sandly beach to get some swim. The nearby Lighthouse beach is rocky and dangerous too. There are places nicer than this. The staff killed it all.

Spacious rooms, nice breakfasts and dinner buffets. The hotel is in close proximity to the historical sites.

Quiet location, nice pool and garden area, direct access to beach. Nice renovated bathroom in our 1 bed apt. 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars but hotel had both onsite and food was good.

Rooms were basic, kitchen was outdated. Breakfast was ok but exactly the same every day, no gluten free options available (did ask staff who didn’t seem to understand)

Fabulous apartment catering for disabled. Booked at short notice after walking out of original accommodation booked. Great staff and lovely holiday resort
