the receptionist was very nice, the room was ready immediately at 12 o'clock when we arrived, they didn't keep us waiting, very good human approach, the pool and the apartment were clean, delicious food

In the room we found a cockroach and a centipede. We asked if they could take the garbage away but they did not. The view from the room was indecent, the bedroom windows overlooked a clearing full of garbage. They've been playing the music so loud every night.

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent as its in the center of Paphos.

There are some things that must be done to get a better review. First, I have to make a note that by mistake I have booked 2 of 1-bedroom apartment (excusive - the expensive ones) for 2 adults each apartment. As the staff in the reception inform me, I had to pay less if the booking was correct as the kids are half price and under 2 years old are free of charge. We were 2 adults 3 kids (10, 8 and 5) and 1 years old. If you do the math I paid more, but because it was my mistake, I paid for it. So, no problem I paid the full amount, and I even did not ask for a third bed on one of the apartments. (3 - 3) Today, they told me that I must pay an extra fee (check the invoice that is attached) for the stay of the 3rd child (extra pax). If so, where is the extra bed that they change me? They did not make any changes... I even inform them that the third child will stay on other apartments to a relative of mines the day that we arrived. Is not the 20euros but is to be fair not unfair. The second thing that it was very annoying is that I have booked a normal room, not an accessibility room. We have kids and we had to explain them why the second room was very different and after explaining to them what these changes are, they started worrying if we had any problem (me or my wife) and it was very weird and very unpleasant for the kids. PLEASE INFORM US THAT WE WILL STAY ON AN ACCECIBILITY ROOM. THANK YOU! And the third is the clearness of the room. There were dirty bathrobes on the first room, the accessibility room did not have... (another wear thing) and the floor had some plastic in the floor. I noticed that there is only one cleaning personnel for the whole floor. (I noticed it today - the day I was leaving). Have this thing in mind and considering that I paid for excusive rooms my accommodation there was not pleasant. Thank you.

One of the most cleaned hotels we ever visited. 3 pool areas with enough sunbeds and great location

Almost everything was perfect. There is a great restaurant close to the hotel: gardenscapes craft beer and Street food.

Room was comfortable , staff was ok , Manager was very friendly .

Bathroom was hospital type , no shower curtain , when you shower you flood all the bathroom I booked a room with pool view , that i didn't get , as can be seen in the pictures . The manager ( he was very friendly ) tried to help me offering a different room 2nd floor no lift , but again no pool view . So problem not resolved , although he said I was given a premium room , but still , I had a view of water tanks !!! in addition breakfast was average , empty food trays were not refilled ( during my time at breakfast ) Unfortunately , a definite no return for me . Lucky it was only one night .

the hotel was lovely very modern and really comfy beds loved everything about this hotel would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone all the staff seemed really nice but man that does the entertainment and the water sports during the day is a real credit to this hotel so nice and friendly
