Great customer service and excellent food!

Location, view and access to the sea

Breakfast is in need of drastic improvements. The location of the breakfast area is ideal, but i’d rather have a buffet then be served again at that table… everything you order from the Menu comes in it’s own plate (like a sushi bar) and it just creates a mess on the table. They also need to invest in waiters, the one guy that was present was very ineffective: Not listening and bringing wrong orders, not replacing dirty dishes when asked and not even knowing if fried eggs can be served (scrambled and boiled eggs are on the menu) Our room had like a “private” balcony with a stair that goes directly down two levels to the pool. As we were chilling, the cleaning lady used these stairs about 10 times to get a faster access to the upper levels. She was a nice lady, but it was still not ideal for us to lose the privacy we paid for. Did not even get a “thank you for your stay” statement from reception when I paid the bills. I believe this is important when you pay 400$ a night

the property is extremely run down and dirty. totally out dated.

First of all, I must say that the pictures don’t do this place ANY justice! The place is BEAUTIFUL, the location is GREAT, the staff were awesome. I will be going back for sure!!
