the view opposite the hotel was stunning and the walk back to the main square was easy.

no pool, old fashioned decor. very much in need of a refurbishment. they’ve painted the old bathroom tiles which look awful, the sanitary ware is old (I’m a property developer by profession and this place is needs stripping back and starting over). the windows and doors were difficult to open. The main doors were very difficult to close and the side lights had cracked glass on both sides (probably from other people slamming the doors trying to close them)… the kitchen was functional but again I would skip it and refit something modern and fit for ‘a luxury break.’ if you want to sit by a pool there are a few nearby hotels but they charge between €25 and €30 each (there were 4 of us so this quickly becomes expensive especially if you only w at to use the pool for a few hours). The hotel manager lady suggested we go to the beach instead…. €35 to €40 for a sun bed there and wait for it… that doesn’t include an umbrella which is another €8 to €12 depending on the beach. Not that we go on holiday to watch TV but if you wanted to grab the News Etc the only channels they have are Italian (clearly don’t want to pay for international channels for their guests)… again, just a small thing but I think it’s poor. we were given 2 pods to make coffee (for a 3 day stay)…. if we wanted more we could buy them? really…. after spending the best part of £1000 you can’t provide 1 coffee per person per day (in a sachet for example?!) all in all, we loved Capri but wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all.

Loved it!! The location was perfect; close to the main streets but enough on the side so that it’s quite and private. The views from this place where insane! Couldn’t stop taking pictures from the terrace. The rooms where big and fresh and where equipped with everything you need. The supermarket is located maybe 10 minutes from Villa Mariuccia so you can easily buy snacks from there and take it back to the villas terrace. The host Daniela was super nice and helpful. Will for sure stay here again if I visit Capri.

The room could have had a sofa or some comfy chairs, but then again the terrace was so nice that we spend a lot of time there.

so sad to leave this beautiful villa. i actually felt like crying! it was my home away from home and loved every minute of my stay. I’m re booking for next year, so glad I found this wonderful gem 💗

Fabulous location, the apartment was just amazing with a breath taking view of the sea and the rest of the island on the east coast. Very spacious place, with big terrace and very easy access. The location ja very close to the pizzalungo trail and the centrr of Capri. Our host was very pro-active in making sure we enjoyed the stay. Anything we asked for was provided and more was offered - greag assistance for a private boat trip. My overall rating is 11 out of 10, look forward to come back and enjoy another stay.

Amazing location! Villa located in the heart of Capri with a breathtaking view. We had an apartment without terrace but with a little balcony space and it was enough to get an amazing view during breakfast. Daniela, the host, is very friendly and helpful. She was responding to all messages and very clearly explained directions and shared a lot of useful tips.

We had some issue with the hot water first night,some switch wasn't ON and as a non Italian speaker we didn't know what to do (instruction was on the wall apparently) . It was an easy fix and it didn't spoil our stay.
