Very polite and friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, various options for breakfast. Good location in the city as you are able to walk for most of famous points of the city.

Additional fee for pool and sauna. Only two options of different sauna's.

The view of the Danube river was amazing. Also the location of the hotel is great, next to the city center and also next to the national gallery. The hotel looks amazing and is one of the nicest hotels in Bratislava.

The rooms weren't 100% sound proof, so in the night we could hear neighbours laughing and chatting (but they were quite loud anyway. It wasn't something unbearable, it was just there. Also there was some party on of the boats on the river – but I guess Hotel can't do anything with it.

Should be Better pillows and A/C was not able to make lower

I loved the location. I traveled with the Twin City Liner and the hotel is on the opposite of the Denube. With only 2 minutes you are already in the City Center. The Hotel and rooms smelled so good! I was impressed. The rooms are cleaned and cozy. I ordered Room Service which was fast and they could offered me a vegetarian version of Club Sandwich - the taste was so good! I used the pool for EUR 15,00 and the temperature was fine. I ate in Cafe Devin Terrace and ordered goat cheese salad which was amazing! The massage for 30 minutes for EUR 30,00 was my highlight. The breakfast was great and service good. Staff was very friendly!

Breakfast was sumptuous, which could be a challenge for a vegetarian, as the options are limited. The location is ideal, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious and kept clean.

Hotel location was good and some staff at the restaurant were very helpful.

Reception service was very poor, delays of checking in and cancellation of some of our rooms without notification. I won’t recommend the hotel for big group.

I love coming to the Devin hotel, great location with friendly staff who always remember me, the room was a very good size, with a comfortable bed. I ordered room service and was delivered within 15 minutes. Excellent service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I will be back again!

Great location in Old town, easy to get by car (no public parking in the streets, but hotel offers the private parking), comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast offered old pastries, although it was Sunday, the stores around were open and the fresh bread could be easily bought. Also scrambled eggs and veggies were far from edible.
