Staff were friendly. Place was absolutely spotless.

Location. At night there were large groups of men hanging out on the streets which was quite intimidating. The brothel next door wasn't great either. Bathroom was a wet room so everything was soaked if you had a shower.

Blackout blinds were amazing! Shower had excellent pressure and was super hot. Easy walk to bus stop and/or metro station. Quiet air conditioning.

Very, very firm mattress. Dirty linen shoved on a shelf. No soundproofing to the hallway so was loud when people were getting into/out of rooms. Rooms incredibly small (only 30cm longer than the bed). Must call via reception to phone another room.

The property is clean

Signs should be made about loud talking. I have been woken up for 2 consecutive days, early in the morning from people who were speaking so loudly in the corridors, especially that the rooms are not soundproof.

The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but we still had a very good stay.

The price is good and reasonable and also stay at the newly renovated room even though there are many foreigner workers on the streets and also this is a red light district. The area is not really clean. But I really enjoy the cheap grocery shopping and also there are a lot of restaurants open till late. Good restaurants around by walking. Transport wise is okay for me as I took taxi to everywhere. I like their new renovated hotel, very clean and fresh.

To my surprise, there is no fridge in the room. Otherwise you have to top up some money for a premium room then only you can have the fridge. Customer service overall is excellent, only happened one small hiccups, when I asked about the details of the price breakdown, as I didn't travel to Singapore for 7 years, many things has changed. But the new staff, obviously need more training, she is very impatient and even shake her head to me, like I'm asking dumb questions. I actually feel very offended. And she wasn't shaking her head to me one time, but few times. Luckily there was a kind manager Celvin trying his best to help me in a very professional way.

It's a solid budget hotel, and with Singapore being so expensive, this was my only real option. Has everything you need, is recently refurbished, and the staff were wonderful. A few stops on the tube and you're in the centre

Staff molto gentile. Soprattutto Ray al check-in e check-out. Struttura nuovissima che è stata evidentemente rinnovata di recente. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro.

Posizione decentrata, magari utile per ultima notte in città se si ha il volo in mattinata. 20 minuti di auto e sei in aeroporto.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y ha sido renovado recientemente. En la zona hay restaurantes con comida local a muy buen precio. Está caminando del metro y líneas de autobús.

Se encuentra en la zona de prostitucion de Singapur, por lo que salir a la calle es seguro pero incómodo.

Everything was nice except the room size, which can be improved a bit for easy movement inside. The location was quite fine, as it was a 10-minute walk towards MRT and a 5-minute walk towards the bus stop. The entire property inside was so clean; I just appreciated this. As a budget hotel, I would recommend this. You can book through there website where you might get 10% discount as well.

The room size was too small for a couple. As I stayed alone, I had managed it.

Hotel has been recently renovated and you can feel it. The rooms were tidy and clean. The service was very good.

Every night there was a loud roaring machine noise coming from the roof (we had a room on the 7th floor) causing some troubles with falling asleep. The localisation is not so great, MRT is 15-20 minutes away by the walk. It is also worth noting that it stands in the middle of a red lantern district. Although, surrounding area felt generally safe even late in the evening.

Though room was small, it was well self contained and clean. Good value for money.

The place is really new and modern. Stuff is helpful. They let us check in earlier which was a great help. The room was nice and clean.
