The property is so clean and modern, in a great location and on the beach.

The bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a table. It was also noisy at night.

Cleaning was not up to standard and sheets to beds needed to be change more regularly. Linen needs updating as towels were all thread bare and pool towels were ratty and thread bare

A little run down, slow on service

Property was very old. No cleaning has to call staff to change the bed sheets. On arrival the room was not cleaned. Have to wait for 20 mins. There was not much vegetarian option to eat. Had only 3 options. Really bad experience breakfast.

Hetel needs renovation, bathroom only had one drain hole which lead to so much water on the floor while taking the shower.

Not very clean, very tired facilities, it consistent with daily turndown and cleaning of rooms. Sometimes failed to leave fresh towels, but took the used ones away. Slow to respond to fix the problem. Faced that issue many times

Very bad experience, staffs are not friendly (even we carry our luggage from the reception to the room no consignee service), outdated need renovation. No hand shower available. Pools are small. The photo shown is different from the actual one. Not wroth for money.

Perfect position. Right across the road from the beach and close to Seminyak beach for sunset and cocktails on the beanbags. Nice large apartments, very comfortable bed.

Building works happening on the beach wall but that's not a fault of the hotel. Just unfortunate timing.

Nice breakfast we elected to purchase twice out of the two weeks there. Apartment had jug an toaster which made for a quick smaller option which we found better for us

That you couldn’t bring your own food or drink near the Deck or pool areas. Feel that as an apartment set up you should be able to make the most of the location.

We loved how big the 2bedroom suite was, our view, the amenities & the service. We had room 303 and we loved that we had the end of the corridor, so a private entrance with a balcony and great view of the pool & kids play area. The room had all you need for a family including a full size fridge & microwave. Particularly great if you are still needing to sterilise bottles for baby etc. We also organised big gallon of water to be delivered to hotel with pump through a third party. The adult pool is deep, but they provide pool noodles & life vests for kids if you didnt bring one. So for us this was fine with our 2.5yr old and 5mo who chilled in the pram. Within the area they have a Circle K & mini mart, next door they have reasonably priced spa with a 60min balinese massage at 150k IDR and in the hotel they had bali money exchange with good rates. The cot they provided was comfortable & wasn't expected since I had heard a terrible review and was ready to hire one. But was great for our 5mo. For the price , convenience & size of the rooms we would definitely recommend staying here. It is a great base.

The ramps for wheelchair/pram/suitcases were really steep and were right on the side of the pool that only had a line of rope to prevent falling. Not very safe but we managed. This area of seminyak wasn't that great for us as the food locally was all very same same unless we wanted to do quite a walk. But with the new beach path its easy to get around with a pram etc to walk along the beach and then duck in on the main road when needed. The bottom of the adult pool does have broken tiles, but we hardly touched the bottom and lazed around on the pool noodles.

Room on Level 1. Good location. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Mini bar reasonably priced. Plenty of towels in room at arrival: face towels, hand towels. Nail files and cotton buds were also available. Gardens well maintained. Lots of pool lounges available. Movie channel in english on room tv.

Face towels weren't replaced after first clean. Bathroom flooded with every shower. Toilet cistern had to be manually filled after flushing as it took 2 hours to refill on its own. Could hear chairs moving in the mornings from the room above. Kids pool tiles were yellow and made the water look unhygienic.

it was in a great location

when we arrived we booked for 2 adults and a 4 year old and found out that there was no bed for the 4 year old and had to pay $530 extra for a bed for the 14 days we were at the property. if we have 3 people we expect to only be given the option of a room with 3 beds. the place needed major maintenance! the pool had tiles missing and we grazed our feet on cut tiles in the bottom of the pool. the breakfast is average so wouldn’t have paid what we did to have it included when there are better and cheaper places to eat.

Room and pool were fantastic and the kids loved it.

Being accused of stealing or losing a secondhand pool towel and being charged $25 for it. Tried to explain how staff had picked the towel up from outside my room hanging up but they didn't want to listen. Now I know it's only $25 but seriously why the hell would I want to steal a secondhand towel? Such a joke...

The pool isn’t very inviting it’s very deep. Rooms in need of lots of repairs and smell mouldy. The access isn’t pram friendly as it’s hard to push over the bridge where the pool surrounds reception and it’s very slippery when wet

We stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and felt it is now looking a little tired. Our apartment 205, water leaked in from internal walls (bathroom) paper towel dispenser held together with tape and kept falling off.

Best location, spacious apartments, best value for money in Seminyak.

The room size was quite good and the location on the beach was nice.

Upon arrival our room was still not ready and that was just the start of a terrible stay. Our room never felt clean and the floor was constantly sandy. The locks on the doors were useless and most of the time we could push the “locked” door and it opened. It was eventually fixed but after several visits to reception. The pool was way too deep, especially for a kid-friendly hotel. The splash zone was closed without notice and we were told it would be 2 weeks until it would open again, which was after we would have been leaving. We asked if we could get a refund and find alternative accommodation, however the staff were rude and dismissive of any complaints. Our room was directly opposite the splash park so it was an eyesore as it was boarded up with white canvas and the workers were noisy. The rooms are floor to roof of glass panels, so it’s hard to get any privacy. Upon checking out, my mum had accidentally marked the white leather lounge (stupid choice for a family holiday venue) and the hotel staff refused to let me try and clean the lounge or even take photos for evidence. Instead they bullied my elderly mum in to paying $400aud to reupholster the lounge. The way we were treated was disgusting and after visiting Bali 10 plus times, this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The food was very average and overpriced. The portion sizes were very small and definitely not good value for money. The breakfast was basic and could do with improvement.

They upgraded us on arrival which was very nice. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Room was spacious for us 2 person. Air-cond is cold enough to our liking. Beach is just across the hotel, so easy to go there and enjoy. Maintenance can be improved.

The pool is far too deep for the average person, 1.65 deep , the only member of my family not needing float assistance was our 6'2' son.
