Location location location. Next door to middle class shopping center (grand indonesia), 3 mins walk to thamrin city (cheap batik and cheap clothes) and 5 mins walk to Plaza Indonesia (high class/ luxury shopping center). About 40 mins from the airport. Everything is within reach. Strategic. Value for money - with the location and the comfortable room. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

The room that we stayed, got faulty oven. Tripped everytime we try to use.

sarapan dengan egg station yang enak.. Variasi yang lain lumayan . Nasi goreng , porridge, buah , juices , minuman panas, dimsum dll. piring kotor langsung diambil sigap. roti bervariasi . Bathroom amenities lumayan. seharusnya ada lima sikat gigi sesuai jumlah tamu yang saya daftarkan . Saluran televisi sama persis dengan yang di rumah., serasa dirumah. variasinya (ada HBO group dan TV non berbayar seperti aljazeera ). sabun cuci dll oke. Ecowasher asian bagus seperti dirumah , jadi nyaman . AC bagus nyaman, pillows bagus dan bersih harum.

Tidak ada Bacon . Lurpak butter tidak ada yang salted. Susis tidak utuh . automatic kloset jongkok kamar mandi asisten rusak, harus disiram pakai EMBER alias kotak sampah. wastafel kamar mandi second tekanan air kadang menurun, padahal tidak ada yang pakai. Bau sabun badan sama dengan yang di Ascott Surabaya Pakuwon (senin kemarin saya menginap di Ascott Surabaya) , agak aneh, seperti rempah rempah tua. Sabun kamar mandi asisten tidak ada .Kotak sampah kurang besar dan tidak ada kantong sampah cadangan. Jumlah selop sandal hanya tiga padahal mendaftarkan lima tamu. Waktu datang jumlah alat makan sudah berkurang banyak, mungkin tamu tamu sebelumnya terbawa waktu pesen room service.

The hotel should put the little washing hose tap for toilet using.

Room tv is not working,I wish toilet would have water hose for easy cleaning. I apparently mistakenly booking as the price including breakfast. I guess it could be stated more clearly during booking

The location is excellent since it is quite close to Grand Indonesia Mall and Thamrin City. Also pasar Tanah Abang is considered to be nearby. I took the 2 bedroom apartment, didn't utilised much of the facilities except a few times to cook breakfast and laundry. Breakfast serve was just average for the price.

It was my first time staying at Ascott Jakarta and just for a short stay. We did not encounter serious shortcomings.

Amazing! The studio room that we stayed in has all the facilities that we need. My biggest surprise was the laundy machine. The direct access to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia & Thamrin City was a plus. Located in the centre of them all is the perfect combination. Staff was so polite and friendly!

Im so glad all the staff very friendly & helpful. Im called them earlier before i depart to jakarta help small favor to decorate my room for my mom birthday. When we arrived my mom so happy they ready the cake n decorate the room for us. Thanks again ascott team.! Really appreciate that.
