Lighting in lift and common corridor should be bright. The lighting is too dim in these area. Shower in room nbr 945 - hot water heater is not working very well. The hot water is cold even turn to max. The rain shower is not working. The cabinet for keeping minibar, coffee making provide awkward movement that you need to keep opening the cabinet door inorder to utilise it. Having a huge cabinet near the bed area doesn't seem to give the room a space breathing feel.

The design is nice and the bed is comfortable

I could hear loud sound from other room and lower floor. I was there for a transit and was hoping to have a nice sleep but I couldnt sleep well because it was quite disturbing. It was around 12am

Close to new attractions in the same area and the airport. It is about thirty minutes or forty-five minutes away from other places inside Jakarta, such as malls. The employees are cheerful and helpful. The hotel is quiet and connected to the mall

The kingsize bed is extremely comfortable. Staff is pleasant and courteous. We booked this hotel for our last night in Jakarta to be in close proximity of the airport. The location next to the PIK Avenue shopping mall is perfect for last minute shopping. A lot of restaurants in the surroundings and Pantjoran PIK Chinatown is only a short taxi ride away. Very nice pool and gym and we were able to wait and shower here before our evening flight.

Toilet hygiene was terrible. Grime and moss levels was like no toilet cleaning was done for a year. Found cum stains on the bedsheet. Basin was clogged. Toilet bowl had a strong sewage smell. Reno / interior design defects: study table was positioned below the TV but it had a tall standing table lamp. Hence, the ridiculous outcome was that the lamp was shining its light just above the TV screen, reducing its LCD quality. These were basic expectations even for a 3* hotel and were not found in a 5* hotel.
