We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are what makes this hotel. They are simply wonderful and stood out so much above our other hotels. They simply couldn’t do enough for us and everything was met with a smile and kindness. My children haven’t stopped talking about the wonderful staff at this hotel. As we left the staff were handing the children sweets and were simply lovely. The location is great and it was so easy to get to Geneva by the metro. The children also enjoyed the fact that there was a McDonalds next door. We would absolutely come back to this hotel. We stayed at about five hotels but the staff here were the BEST!!

We had a problem with our room which wasn’t the fault of the staff. A window had been left open and some mosquitos had managed to find their way in. We didn’t have the best night’s sleep but staff couldn’t have done more to help us. They offered to move us in the middle of the night and were so apologetic when we went to reception in the morning. They really couldn’t have done more. We will definitely be returning.

I missed the last shuttle bus due to delayed flight and had to pay for a taxi.

It is close to the airport and the free shuttle bus service is great. I had to do a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight but I am glad that I had a good experience with the hotel.

The Hotel was very clean and spacious. Although we had to pay for it the underground parking was very good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was located in close proximity to the tram system.

Despite requesting a top floor room in a quiet location of the hotel, and requesting this in advance, we found ourselves on the third floor with another floor of rooms above us. We were placed in a room at the front side of the hotel which was a very short distance from the end of the Geneva airport runway. We therefore had the roar of jet engines just prior to take off. However, even more disturbing was a continual thumping noise coming from above us (like someone bouncing a ball). This went on throughout the first night that we were there. We assumed it was guests above us and that they and the noise would disappear on our second night. The second night was not at all bad although there was still occasional thumping. However, this seemed to stop fairly early on and we could not hear it during the late night/early hours. Our third and last night was Thursday, and this thumping noise came back with a vengeance - from early evening to late at night when we were trying to get an early nights rest. At 11pm I got dressed and went down to reception to complain. The night manager (Julien) confirmed that there were rooms on the 4th floor, and he rang up to to room above us (we were in room 311). The occupants denied that they were making noise. I then returned to our room and for a while things did seem to improve. However, the thumping noises, although less frequent, did continue. Eventually we did mange to get some sleep. On the morning of our departure (Friday) I decided to take the lift to the 4th floor and indeed I could see for myself that there were rooms above us. I encountered a mother and child in the corridor and wondered if these were rooms dedicated to families? Prior to setting off from the UK, I had been given the opportunity to check in on line and select a room etc (I thought I had done this via Booking. Com). Despite numerous attempts to do this I was denied access to the site - frustrating

The room is spacious.

The room and specially the bathroom had bad smell like curry. We informed the staff who did nothing.

Me sentí muy bien atendido, limpieza fenomenal, el personal estaba atento cuando podía necesitar apoyo. Actuaron con diligencia para que me sintiera cómodo y resolviera mi necesidad.

Para mí como latino, tuve ciertas dificultades con el idioma y los desayunos, no siempre encontré algo más acorde a nuestra gastronomía.

Very close to the Airport. Quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is shuttle every 30 mins to amd from the Aiprot. Very inexpensive for a 4 Star in Switzerland. I will.always stay here!

Leider hat man die Flugzeuge durch das geschlossene Fenster gehört. Bei dem Frühstück, wurden nicht bis zum Ende die Brötchen aufgefüllt und teilweise hatten wir kein Besteck.

Posizione comoda , vicino alla fermata del tram. Navetta dall'aeroporto. Colazione molto buona e varia.

Handige luchthaven shuttle.

Het hotel is erg luidruchtig. De Minibar compressor maakte in het midden van de nacht ontzettend veel lawaai bij aan/uit gaan. Bedden waren te zacht en niet naar mijn voorkeur. Duur ontbijt als je dit los bijboekt.

I didn't like the bathtub/shower combination. It was very small and the water didn't drain very well in our room which resulted in you standing in your own dirty water. Also, the bed was not so comfortable. the mattress was hard and springy.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and very accomadatiing. Easily accessible to Geneva Airport. Free Shuttle Bus. Bus Driver lovely and friendly. A complex beside Hotel for food and shops. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean.

I could not complain. The whole experience was lovely. Staff friendly. The location is great.
