Fusibles sautés à notre arrivée donc besoin de demander à l'accueil pour avoir de l'électricité... des décors et mobiliers un peu étranges et pas de premiere fraîcheur. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs.
Un petit déjeuner peu savoureux.

La chambre est suffisamment bien pour 1 nuit. Chambre propre et établissement bien situé.
Le manque de climatisation. Nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi en plein été et on nous a donnés la chambre 114, avec vue directe sur la cathédrale et BIEN BIEN exposée au soleil.
Plus le temps passait, plus il faisait chaud dans la chambre (au point qu'on se croirait dans un sauna!). Certe, un (mini) ventilateur était à disposition, mais il n'était pas suffisant tellement il faisait chaud. Nous n'avons pas compris ce manque d'attention.

Emplacement idéal. Pass transports offert pour la durée du séjour, un vrai plus ! La salle de sport et le sauna, très appréciable.
L’absence de clim dans la chambre, une chaleur étouffante la nuit, et la présence d’un ventilateur n’a pas beaucoup aidé malheureusement (brasse de l’air chaud). Odeur en rentrant dans la chambre assez désagréable.

Very good position. Easy to find out. It’s very close to the M2 metro. Very convenient! And it’s also very close to the big church of Lausanne.

The location. The hotel placed a ventilator in the room (thank you for that) and earplugs, which was needed with the loud noise from the street when the window was open.
It was LOUD! Exceptionally hot but you could not keep windows open because of the noise from the street!

The staff was the best. The city view from our room was awesome
No air conditioning and it was hot. But there were fans and balcony windows to open so was fine for us.

The hotel had a great location right next to a metro stop and the cathedral in the middle of the town. Good facilities, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room close to the city. Would def. stay here again.

Great location, very close to the cathedral, with stunning views from our bedroom of the city and lake. Great selection of channels on the television, very comfortable beds and pillows, good strength shower and right next to the metro station.

The staff were friendly, location is ideal and the place was modern. I liked how it had an extra sink and kettle facilities.
We found an underwear behind the heater on our last day. It wasn't ours and it's makes us question the cleaning standards.
