Room was cozy with a good view of Mirabelle Palace and gardens. Its a 12 minute walk over the bridge to the old town where most of the sights are and things to do but don't let that ter you off as the location is still great. we didn't include breakfast and there's a bakery opposite the hotel.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near many of the sights we wanted to see plus several wonderful restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is located in the centre of town surrounded by notable locations from the Sound of Music and other attractions. Close to parking and public transport.
although we’ll maintained and in excellent condition it is a bit dated regarding style and amenities. a great hotel if you like the old grandiose style.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Good breakfast, good location. Comfortable, clean room. Not in the old part of town but very close, right across Mirabel Palace. Therefore accessible by taxi unlike old town hotels.
Really need to improve the amenities. The handsoap and the shampoo very poor. Almost diluted detergent. And no slippers in a 4-star hotel? Good thing I had brought my own.

We arrived early after a night flight and were allowed to already use ‘our’ room. It had just been cleaned. This was a huge present for us being tired of the journey. Staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.
Missed bodylotion and conditioner. Travelling by plane means little luggage as possible.
