4 mins walk from the main station, good spacious room , good breakfast options, around 20min walk into the old town, Trolley No.1 route in and out of town goes close to the hotel.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig (wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt) und man ist in nur wenigen Fußgeh-Minuten am Mirabellplatz und in der Altstadt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Teenager) hatten ausreichend Platz. Frühstück gab es immer von 07:00-10:00 Uhr und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Knusprige Brötchen, Gemüse aber auch Gekochte Eier sowie Butter, Honig usw.
Um die Ecke befindet sich eine sehr gute napoletanische Pizzeria und generell gibt es genug Gelegenheiten Essen zu gehen.
Das Personal ist total freundlich und die Rezeption hat 24/7 geöffnet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Nice hotel, around 20 min from the center, very good breakfast, polite receptionist, comfortable beds, stores and bars in the surrounding.

Nothing, it was an horrible property with no value for money. I would suggest to shut down this property or else some government agency will do the audit to rectify hotel standards.
I didn’t like everything. When you go somewhere the first impression would bw your room where you can stay with your family but the room was pathetic and horrible. Moreover, owner of the hotel keep on arguing when I complained about this.
She knew that I am new in this country and with my family so I cannot do anything. I do not have any other options in hands

De locatie. Erg dichtbij het station en loopafstand van centrum.
De kamer stonk vreselijk naar sigarettenrook van waarschijnlijk de vorige gasten. Ook met de ramen de hele dag en nacht open was de lucht niet te hebben.

We requested a quiet room, indeed it was very quiet, good quality of the door and the wall. Beautiful painted furniture of Austria style. Big shower area, daily cleaning. A fridge is a plus. Always available for free hot water at the reception desk. Continental breakfast included in a beautiful area, with few choices, but reasonable for the price of overnight. It's walkable from the train and bus station, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the city centre.
The beds are very old and noisy, it will make noises even you turn around or get up. The water from the shower was not the powerful type, but the water was hot at anytime. Heating was only during the night.

Recently renovated room. Very spacious and clean. Reserved a triple room and it exceeded our expectations. 2 separate rooms with a small kitchen area, fridge and dining area. Breakfast buffet had lots of hot and cold options. Lovely breakfast room area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to train station and a short walk to the old town. Would definitely stay here again. Great value. Not sure why only 2 stars? Our room was great!!

Close to the train station and near to city centre (approx. 25 min walking).
Accommodation with very limited parking and no capacity for most guests. Kitchen with damaged furniture and not very clean. The paint on the wall throughout the apartment was peeling. Mattress and pillows show great signs of use and bed also squeaks. Breakfast q.b. nothing special. Poor internet connection, it was only possible to get some signal in one of the spaces in the apartment (never in good condition).

Location was excellent as booked to be near transport to airport and train station. The staff were very helpful and patient
The room was so hot even with a fan running, the blinds down to block out sun. The fan was to noisy to sleep with it on but room to warm to sleep with it off.

Location perfect for 5 min walk from train station and straight road to Mirabell Palace and gardens for concert. Continue on for river, old town and cathedral. Staff very good, breakfast also good.
We were at the front and had window open as it was hot and it was noisy from cafe across street at night. Didn't keep me awake tho. Would have liked kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room

Great location near station, so comfortable and well equipped. We booked for 4 people and had 2 seperate areas which was amazing. staff great.

Bookings had us in a room with a garden or mountain view and our host informed us that they don't have mountain views and the garden was a few plants in a pot. We did take the elevator to the top floor and could see mountains from there.
We were also supposed to have a kettle and got one after we asked.

Shower area doesn't has a door. Water can flow out... even into the bedroom proper.

As a single traveller I was given a generously large room with 4 beds, a large table with chairs, an outer hallway and bathroom. I was amazed at the size of the room.
The location is pretty good as it’s close to Salzburg’s main train station and only 20 minute walk from the old town.
The hotel is a little on the old side in terms of decor, but some might find this charming and it’s only a minor point.

Front desk staff not at all friendly except for one gentleman who checked us in. The others would look away or completely ignore you . The breakfast was not all that good. Very limited selection. Dirty plates. The room was dirty, especially the windows. The pillows were worn out and the mattress seen better nights.
